We went as a family of 3 (2 adults + 5 year old child)
I’ll make a reservation right away, we went MV to 4 + * and ended up in 3 * at best. They did not immediately pay attention, but on the walls in the corridors in Russian letters Bona Dea was written in pencil - woof ** (on different floors and with variations on the theme). To be honest, the level of service... left much to be desired. Animation was NOT!! ! Rather was 1 time in 12 days of stay. 1 time - I'm not underestimating really 1 time!! ! The hotel area is very, very small. The rooms are also very small.
Cleaning at the hotel is approaching zero, towels could bring even more dirty than they took, linen was changed 1 or 2 times during our stay (although tips were given every day for the first week). The electricity in our room was cut down if we both wanted air conditioning and a TV at the same time, only a neighbor electrician from Omsk fixed it for us (Dima - thank you very much).
We tried to order a safe - in the end we never got it! The hotel management liked to portray an absolute lack of knowledge of any languages.
The working staff was very pleased, well done guys! Very friendly attitude towards children. all the time they try to entertain them and somehow please (once the bartender gave his son his cupcake, which they brought him to the counter for a bite to eat, it was insanely inconvenient)
The most important + of the hotel is 1 lane!
But some small fish bit us, as a result, from the middle of the rest, the child categorically refused to go into the water.
And another 1+ I forgot to say, if the massage therapist Ali (a short wiry man 35-40 years old) still works there, I highly recommend going to him !! ! For $250, he gave 10 massages. This is not a classic massage, but a complex work of a masseur and chiropractor. I have och. serious back problems, but even in St. Petersburg I rarely met specialists of this level! I highly recommend him to everyone.
