I will say right away that the hotel only positions itself as 5 stars. In fact, 5 stars only for the territory can be given with a stretch.
Let's start in order. The hotel will be good for people visiting Turkey for the first time and previously resting only in the Crimean and Caucasian almshouses. At first we bought a ticket, and then only found a bunch of reviews about this hotel, although the tour operator convinced us that we would like it very much and the service there was on top (the tour operator simply deceived us and did not warn us that mostly Turks and Russians were resting there, we would immediately refused).

Transfer - Tour operator Coral-TRAVEL (Odeon - tour). We were taken from the airport on a medium bus. At the airport itself, we were a little delayed due to the receipt of a baby stroller. Service is terrible. Strollers are thrown, thrown, bumpers and wheels even fly off from them. Our stroller was torn up - there is no one to complain to. By this time, all the double seats on the bus were occupied by fat guys or fashionable young goats who threw their hooves into second place. There were seats at the very end of the bus, but there the air conditioner blew mercilessly right in the ear, I put the child with my wife in front, and I myself had to change seats away from the cander. All the way they told horror stories about Turkey, like don’t go there yourself, don’t buy there, that is, you don’t have to do everything only through Coral-TRAVEL (Odeon - tour) because only they are fully responsible for you. As usual, we stopped at a shop along the way, they said that this is the last opportunity to buy what they forgot at home, i. e. hats, slippers, shorts, etc. the prices there are 5-expensive than near hotels (this is the wiring of the tour operator - nothing don't buy there! ) you can only use the free toilet.

The hotel is a receptionist. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the receptionist. The reception itself looks like a maid's stand at the entrance on the left, such a shack on the street. There is NO marble or sofas that should include 5 stars here. Sheer simplicity. This is our first disappointment. Since the receptionist is the face of the hotel, we saw this face. The WI-FI is just disgusting.

Hotel room - at the reception they immediately gave us the key to the room on the 2nd floor and this is with a small child and a stroller. And in fact, they gave a key (which is by no means acceptable for 5 stars) with a key fob from the air conditioner and a magnet from the safe.
Anyway, we are not proud, our motto is “we don’t pay anyone extra money if there is no service. ” The only thing that was earned was a loader (1 euro), who dragged two heavy suitcases and a stroller to the 2nd floor up a steep staircase. The room is our second disappointment and the biggest one. The room itself is the "Crimean health resort" of the 80s (albeit with a fresh renovation). 3 cribs, tiled cold floor, microscopic, shabby and old balcony with cheap plastic and old furniture, a washbasin in the room, for me it was nonsense, a shower half a meter of tiles, even a wooden ladder on the floor NO! A barely holding sliding door in it, a non-functioning toilet bowl (I spent half an hour to revive it) and a door to the toilet that serves as a shower door. That is, if someone is in the toilet, then the shower is open, if someone is in the shower, then the toilet is closed.

After the evening check-in to the room, our mood fell completely and it became a pity for every dollar spent on this tour. There are NO soap and shampoo dispensers (which is wild for 5 stars), there is nowhere to put a bar of soap the size of half a matchbox, lying on the washbasin and becoming limp. Shower gel and shampoo in microscopic 50 ml. bottles of 3 things each, this is enough for four people for 2 days back to back. We replenished it all on the fourth day, when a cleaning lady was poked in the face with a mountain of empty vials. The soap was replenished on the 6th day. In short, disappointment came immediately and came the entire period of rest with varying intensity. There is a minibar in the room (2 beers for 0.33, fanta, cola, min. water, and just water) - replenished once (min. Water then disappeared - the cleaning lady probably took it). TV roofing felts 17 roofing felts 19 inches, in short as a monitor, well, and LG air conditioning.
Due to leaky doors, balconies, windows (which are wooden and crooked from time to time), the coolness quickly disappears. On one bed, the air conditioner stupidly constantly blew, because of this it was necessary to move the beds (And this is 5-STARS! - my God) There is such a phenomenon as ants, but they walked in formation only along the railing and not in the room. The houses themselves are old and do not meet the current requirements of a 5-star service at all.

Hotel-food. The food satisfied us for the first 2 days. Variety NO! The range is the same but in different variations. A couple of times I even missed lunch, because everything was already tired by the end. That is, eggs, for example, half-eaten for breakfast are served peeled and chopped for lunch in sesame sauce, and so on. Salads are winded, get used to it, especially in a snack bar on the beach. Breakfast needs to arrive at 7. . 00 - 7.
15, while there are few people and there are no queues, if a little later, then there is a queue for fried eggs and pancakes (for some reason, pancakes were not fried every day), fruits such as peach (nectarine) are scattered in 5 minutes. There is a children's menu - but conditionally, the actual one is not. The child had to be fed from the common table. No meat selection. There is boiled chicken (very tough), grilled or beef (in the form of meatballs or meatballs). There is a fish on the grill (one and the same) all the time. There is no assortment of fish. On the day of departure, we received the sight, for dinner they served boiled crayfish, though as fresh as water. Lines for french fries and ketchup to go with it.

Soups are usually 2 types (pasta and rice or green or lentil) For those who are used to being in real fives, this cuisine is a pathetic parody of a 5-star. But don't worry, you won't be hungry. You will definitely fill your stomach. For melon, peaches, grapes, apricots, a queue immediately grows, do not miss it, they will be scattered in 3 minutes. Queues are created only by hungry Russian tourists. Teas in bags are rowed for 2 presses along with sugar in bags.

Beach. Stones, small stones and large stones, very large stones in the water. Well, at least drinkers snapped up places at the bar on the beach, and we were a little freer on the periphery. There is such a phenomenon on the beach as stray and left from other hotels where there are no places on their beach. Insolent Russians can steal your sun lounger if it is not marked with a towel or other things.

I really didn’t like the departure, they took it for a long time, spent half an hour in the store for a sweet and extreme divorce of a tourist for the last time, and in Antalya itself it dragged forty minutes in a traffic jam, brought to the airport when registration was in full swing.

And these people invite us to the customs union!
9 - Permanent cheapness of everything. The presence of a constant feeling that you have been lied to, although the cost is not small.

Did we like Goynuk? - well, relatively.
Did we like the hotel? - it's hard to say, they seem to be trying and not up to the mark. More like 50/50.
