As for the hotel itself, I can’t share the joy of many commentators, but I’ll start in order. We went to Chetez TurTez - on the very first day, the guide scared us that it was dangerous to walk here, insurance outside the hotel does not work and we are obliged to go on trips only with her. And her phrase: "If you get lost somewhere at night, then you don't have to call me! ". The best thing is that after that we never saw the guide Alla again.
The rooms are not bad - depending on the case. At first we were in "Zara", and after that we were moved to a new building - the new one is much better, but we were satisfied with both. The sea is wonderful - the mountains are even better.
Pros of the hotel: 3 swimming pools. The territory is planted with exotic plants - we really liked it. The food is good - there was enough food for everyone and it was very tasty (but only chicken for dinner was meat : (). I liked the beer - it never pinned : ). Service is friendly.

Cons: One bar - the bartender can ignore the queue as long as he sees fit (until he plays enough with his phone, until he talks enough with friends, until he wipes the counter, etc. ), but he will pour drinks sooner or later. The bar often runs out of "hard" liquor. "strong" alcohol is not stronger than 20 degrees - either they dilute it, or it's all there from the factory, not strong. The hotel's beach is crowded, at a time when the neighboring free. The same situation with sun loungers by the pools - but you can always sit at a table by the pool.
In general, there was a positive impression of the hotel, but it draws a maximum of 1 star in Europe. I know one thing next time I will go either to the 4th or 5 stars - I will not save.
