Hello Russo Touristo! I am in Turkey for the second time (previously I was in a 3+ hotel). My wife and I went to "solid 4 *" (as promised), so the bummer was quite strong. It was sausage from the local service for three days, but then the understanding came that it’s not good to spoil your vacation - you relaxed and seemed to feel better. I hope that what is written below will help compatriots and Khokhol brothers not to go there or go without illusions.

Point by point, good things first:
- the rooms are really decent - only the air conditioner blows on the bed;
- the sea is clean even near the beach;
- the attitude of the staff is generally good, if you do not demand the impossible - the bartender Asan is just a fine fellow - a model of goodwill;
- clean;
- the attitude of the guides is generally normal, but somewhat depends on whether you bought tours from them - we did not buy, but still Shukri and the girls were adequate with us;

- flew at night and overslept the first dinner for half an hour, but the manager.
restaurant Ali, without any extra requests, “rolled out” us a plate of quite normal rice with chicken, for which respect to him!
- cakes are quite good, but in fact there are only two types;
- beer is normal (it is technically difficult to dilute it), but apparently low-alcohol;
- the wine is apparently diluted, but not nasty;
- the animation, which the Ukrainians forced to resume by attacking the administration, is sometimes funny, and the “Casey-case” dance is generally funny;
- animator Jerry is utterly colorful, which apparently conquers some ladies of different ages (also a service);
- no one extorted baksheesh;

Now for the bad:
- food does not pull on 4 * in any way, everything is monotonous and not in our opinion (breakfast is especially poor). There is very little meat and fish. There is always a queue behind them at first (albeit a cheerful and friendly one). There are almost no fruits. There are no juices either (a colored drink is not juice).
- the territory of the hotel is small - no more than 50 meters wide;
- roosters under the window yelling from 3 to 6 in the morning;
- below us was a restaurant acc. smells on the balcony;
- we didn’t drink vodka, but its bartenders tried to save money, and on the last day, Suleiman generally “took it out” to our peasants, who had just arrived and were desperately trying to get drunk: “do you know how much it costs? 20 dollars! ! »
- they try to add unfinished wine and put it back - I once forced to pour out the glasses that were hidden, so keep your eyes open, otherwise you will drink “cream”;
- the beach is only 30 meters wide;
- there is not even beer on the beach, which is a shame - only water of three colors;
- there is no toilet on the beach;
- on the beach, a significant part of the sun loungers and umbrellas is broken, and there are few of them;
- the gym is funny;
- there were problems with warm water;
- on TV, apart from Turkish, only the first channel and for some reason some other Americanized sectarian CNL;

- beach towels are issued through *** and are reluctant to change;

So all the rave reviews about the hotel are a clear order to increase the rating. But service needs to be improved...
thank the internet!

The hotel is really Khokhlo-Moskal. But this is more a feature than a minus. Once again we were convinced that we are, in general, one people, no matter how hard politicians try.

The girls did not complain about harassment by the staff in our presence - apparently anything can happen, but there are those who travel to Turkey for this ...

On excursions - it’s really not worth taking them at the hotel. We were diving with a young couple who paid $65 each in a hotel (albeit in a different one), and we paid $20. The service is the same. Any excursion is a lottery, but there are agencies that are responsible for promises, and there are ...

Therefore, I categorically do not recommend contacting Yasha (YASHAR) from MAXWELLTUR (as you leave the hotel immediately to the left behind the security booth) - a petty swindler. All tourists sincerely consider suckers. He sent us to diving - he promised 9 hours on the water, all sorts of islands, 2 dives of 30 minutes each. etc.
In general, buy - it's better if you don't like it - any excursion is free. But the fact is that they waited on the yacht for a whole hour to sail, dived behind the first rock and in the center of Kemer Bay, that is, on the water for 3 hours and 2 dives of 15 minutes each. And my wife went with me for $ 10 (without diving), it turns out - to chew pasta cleanly. Yasha has one answer to all claims - “did the sea dive? Did you eat lunch? means everything is OK.

And vice versa, Nuri from ODYSSEY-TOUR (from the hotel to the left 200 meters down the street), after he found out that the yacht was replaced for us, there was no animation and they brought us earlier, returned six (!!! ) $ 2 out of $ 12 each and in every possible way sincerely apologized.

In general, I can recommend a stay in MATIATE only in two cases: when you go abroad for the first time and when you come to the hotel only to spend the night. Moreover, in both cases, you can go only when this offer is much cheaper than the others. Trips there for a recumbent vacation, with children and with claims are undesirable - there will be disappointments.
