The hotel does not pull on 4 stars at all, that's a fact. This hotel should be given a maximum of 2*+. We got a room on the 2nd floor, it had a fenced balcony overlooking the pool and slides. The room itself is miserable is the right word. The furniture is old, there is not enough space, one socket was broken, all the time it tried to get out of the wall along with the charger. Luckily the air conditioning and hair dryer worked well. By the way, there is a TV ala 90s. When we were settled, they brought us only one large towel (by the way, beach towels are there for a fee, if that). They asked to bring more, in the end they said that there was not enough for everyone. The towels are in such a terrible state. The rooms are cleaned so-so, in fact, cleaning was reduced to replacing towels (1 time for 5 days), we had empty bottles for several days, until they threw them away. It pissed me off because there is only one small trash can in the bathroom in the room. The refrigerator did not work (and no one came to fix it). There are no complaints about the pool and the hammam: the pool even has a slide on which 3 broken steps have not been repaired, and a wonderful massage therapist works in the hammam! (But be prepared for the fact that you will be extorted money, and very intrusive and arrogant harassment of one Fatty). Now the saddest thing: the hotel works on the AI ​ ​ system, however, it is unlikely that you will be able to enjoy free alcohol, since the wine there is Jupi powder with alcohol, beer is given 2 cups a day, but in the evening one at a time and naturally there is a queue behind it, and they buy it a little, so there is not enough for everyone. In addition, there is usually half foam in a glass, which is also booming. Forget about normal glasses (purchased disposable and defective). There was also gin and vodka, but the quality is the same . . I can’t say how things are when the bar becomes paid, since we went to the center every evening. And there is nothing to catch in this bar, no movement in the evening. There is also no animation, of course, everyone entertains himself as best he can) Another huge minus is wifi. Only at the reception is free. The beach is 3-5 minutes on foot, sunbeds must be borrowed early in the morning, the beach is there with a small number of pebbles, so you can safely do without slippers (but it's better to buy for 3 bucks). By the way, there is also delivery from the hotel to local clubs, if you buy an entrance ticket at the hotel from the distributor, but you can also walk to them.
As a result, we were dissatisfied with the hotel, but all of the above did not upset us to the core and did not spoil the rest, as we had a positive attitude and we read the reviews before leaving, so we were mentally prepared (it’s a pity that not before buying vouchers, but we all came out spontaneously. Bought for 4 stars, but in fact it was possible to pay less and get, I think, the same thing). We needed the hotel for sleeping and eating, in fact, for this, in general, it is suitable, although the bar was very upsetting. If I go to Kemer again, I will not choose this hotel and judging by what we heard from those who rested in another hotel of this company, things are about the same.
