After the refusal, they settled in the basement rooms with a mini-window, which for some reason did not close (after a three-time reminder at the reception every day, it was closed on the 8th day of staying at this wonderful hotel).
Cleaning in the rooms - a separate sadness
Cleaned up on the second day when they left a chocolate bar on the bed. Already the 6th day we also go begging for cleaning at the reception. So far to no avail

The apogee was yesterday evening, when the door opens to my room at 20:30 and a couple with suitcases comes in with a statement that they were settled in this room (by the way, when we were given the keys to the room upon check-in, we went in and found in the closet other people's things, they thought that this was an isolated case, with whom it does not happen). I went up to the reception, asked what was the matter, they apologized to me, people were given a different number. At 22:30, when we were already sleeping, the door OPENED AGAIN with the key! This time the receptionist himself (already another shift) escorts the guests to our room. There was no longer any strength or desire to say anything to them, he apologized and disappeared into the night, our desire to sleep and a sense of security evaporated somewhere
We are not usually picky about the service and in Turkey we were both in triples and in fours, but we have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards guests anywhere.
And yes, they do not collect lunch boxes for a trip or an airport.
The only positive is the good service from the waiters. They are polite and clear the table on time.
