1. The check-in took place after 16:00, despite the fact that we arrived at 10:00, we waited for a very long time, because if you want to be in the room at 14:00, you must give it to your paw. The rooms are absolutely, without exception, in a terrible state, the fungus is everywhere, the walls are all smeared, the pillows are all yellow, the bed is full of holes and with black spots (we had to buy linen and towels). There were also cockroaches, though they were already dead, the floor was dirty.
2. The beach is very small, full of rubbish, the sunbeds are old and torn, the entry into the sea is so-so, the stones are not comfortable. The sea, like everywhere else, is gorgeous and clean. On the beach there is a vending machine with water (normal from a tap).
3. Food, monotonous, the same every day, but we can’t say that it’s terrible, the most common, not very tasty, but you can eat without problems. Of the fruits, only watermelon and plums.

4. The staff treat everyone like dogs, we are nobody there for them, they definitely won’t help you there.
5. The hotel is only for Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Turks and of course Russians. Animation 3/10.
6. Photos do not correspond to reality at all. Go to Google or tripadvisor and there are many more reviews and photos. Do not be fooled by what the travel agencies will tell you, they just need to sell this hotel as soon as possible.
7. And be careful that there is Matiate Hotel I Matiate Park Hotel. There is only a rooming house in the park, and this is not a three-star hotel, this is a roadside MOTEL, the owners themselves told us this, from it to the main hotel on foot 1 km.
PEOPLE! Do not buy these two hotels. That's horrible!
