We did not wait for the technician, my husband went to the reception desk and they recoded them for us in 2 seconds. There was the same situation with the treadmill in the gym - a technician came and corrected the glitches on it in 2 seconds . . and the Germans are a hundred times better than our finger twisters . . calm, well-mannered, problem-free people . . There were small flaws - there is a crack somewhere in the plaster, in the bathroom, the marble is already unpolished over the years, the elevator is not the first freshness without gloss, in some places there is rust on the canopies, although they are freshly painted, somewhere the service of the waiters does not reach the well-trained - they collect and serve dishes not according to the rules, glasses sometimes you have to ask to be brought to the table. But these are trifles and comments on the previous review...
Now about my impressions. I was pleased with the transfer to the hotel - there were only 10 people, they transported us quickly and comfortably, they gave us free water, thanks to TurTess. Upon arrival, they settled in the second building, but on the first floor. We rushed - the air conditioner does not drive the cold, the safe and the TV do not work . . Well, well : ), everything became clear. For $ 20 they moved to a building closer to the sea on the 2nd floor. Cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed 4-5 times in 10 days. The mini bar was filled every day. The $1 left on the first day remained untouched. Yes, not everyone understands Russian. They saved themselves with English and gestures, if they didn’t understand at all - they themselves quickly found a Russian-speaking staff member. The guide from Mostrevel Islam speaks excellent Russian. We had no problems with sunbeds, because. husband at 7 am loved to swim and took. But in case of shortage, they were delivered, but with awnings and umbrellas . . it was hard for those who overslept to find them. The Germans are lovers of swimming pools, crowded around them. There were no problems with food and water - for 10 days they ate absolutely varied and very tasty for 24 hours - they have a restaurant and a lobby bar operating in the main building, you can take water for free at any bar, and it’s delicious bottled spring . In the restaurant, schnitzel with french fries at 5 o'clock in the morning upon departure for 5 minutes was prepared for us. At lunch, if you don't want to leave the sea, food is served in the pool-bar-please, everything freshly prepared in front of your eyes is served. Then, in a Turkish restaurant, coffee with sweets, ice cream is served from 16-00. Got on the 2nd day for a gala dinner near the sea. This is generally an indescribable abundance of food - tables of fish, chicken, lamb, pork, beef - in general, EVERYTHING your heart desires. Boiled crayfish. Clown children handed out beautiful baked apples. Sculptures made of colorful ice, fruits and vegetables in sculptures. Champagne. . .
Animation, yes, in German and English. Well, we understood partly.

The territory is magnificent, every day something was stranded, cut, mowed the grass (lawn mowers are quiet, no noise at all). We also fed them all. They are all funny : ))) Air, aromas from plants-class.
Daughter 12 years old was bored, because. there were almost no Russian-speaking children of her age. I did not want to be friends with the Germans. At the disco (it started very late, as early as 12 at night) there were older teenagers from 15-17 years old . . We had to entertain her ourselves. The disco is guarded and looks after, so as not to drink alcohol! at 12 at night
Younger German kids had a great time in kindergarten, they were entertained there for almost the whole day and I heard that Russian kids were also in a hurry to get back to kindergarten, the language barrier is not a hindrance for kids : ).
3 different beaches made it possible to spend time at will - on one full intimacy, solitude. On the second - fun all day, music, animators, photographers (annoying as flies, photos 4-8 dollars). On the third - silence and relaxation. Towels from 10 am could be changed without problems.
From the 3rd building on the 7th floor in the evening a beautiful view opens up over the entire hotel - I recommend visiting when it gets dark and beautiful photos come out.
For young people from 18 to 30, especially without children, it will be boring there. But if you are tired of the pace of life, then rest is just right. We unanimously decided that we would return there with pleasure again.
