We stayed at the hotel for the second time. I already wrote a review in 2010, I will not repeat it. Great place for families, especially with small children. Pine groves, spacious beaches, intoxicating air, warm clear sea - just right for kids and their parents for complete relaxation.
The concept of the Santopia chain is much nicer than in 2010 it was in the Blue Collection chain in this hotel. All changes are ONLY for the better. Great animation for both adults and children. The widest choice of sports activities - who loves outdoor activities, be sure to take sneakers and uniforms, all types of fitness are at their best. Children's animators-well done!! ! The presence of Russian-speaking staff this year was very pleasing, and, accordingly, the attitude was much better than last time. the choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails was also pleased compared to the last time. The food, everything was delicious, BUT everything (either in the Turkish manner or in German) is spicy, fatty, fried. BUT we must pay tribute, you can still find something more dietary. Delicious seafood salads. Chicken dishes are excellent. Lamb and beef were somehow not very good this time. Children can also choose a sufficient number of dishes, especially since there is a separate table for them, where everything is boiled. for breakfast there you can find 3 types of cereals, soup. The service in the restaurant and bars this year is also beyond praise, they fuss, clean, cover, offer drinks. GOOD FELLOWS! The territory is amazing with its cleanliness, greenery, all the paths are constantly washed, the lawns are watered, PERFECTLY simple!! ! Things are better with photographers - very cultured and unobtrusive steel, also pleased. Longbeach has been reconstructed a little, silence, beauty, not on their heads - one strip of canopies. public toilets are all very clean.
Water sports are free of charge: banana, water skiing (my husband got up on them this year), ctamarans with a sail. Pts attentive staff there, well done.

Great entertainment every night, decent live music at the bar. We didn’t go to the grotto, the baby was sleeping, I won’t say anything about night shows. They always poured out a cup, every evening different and delicious.
We had a small minus with cleaning. This time we were with a toddler. They asked at the reception almost on the first day to clean the room from 9-12. My husband even wrote a statement there. But something all this remained without attention : ( They caught the maid themselves, took out towels to her at lunchtime, and even had such bedding and garbage themselves, they changed everything outside the door, I myself made the beds, because the baby slept at lunchtime But it was not fatal, just as a fact. They removed us, as we asked, from 9-12 only in the last 2 days.
But nothing overshadowed our chic relaxation, we fell in love with the hotel last time, and would return to it again and again. the nature there is just amazing. Photos brought just a million from there. But it's better to go and see everything once, you won't regret it!! ! : ) It's a pity that the hotel will now belong to Rixos and is unlikely to be affordable.
