OVERALL IMPRESSION

Great hotel but not without flaws. Main feature -

Huge and uniquely beautiful area.

We were satisfied with the price / quality ratio, it even seemed that Voayge needed to raise prices for holidays : )

ROOMS
Garden view, building 1 - large, everything you need (including a mini-bar with water and a safe) is there, cleaning is of high quality.

In the minus the abundance of insects in the room. First there were bugs, which we mistook for cockroaches. Then the ants came. And a lizard lived on the ceiling in the corridor. Although the insects did not bother much, the compensation for this is the clean coniferous air and the abundance of greenery near the hull.

SERVICE
The weakest link.

It is not clear why, but in the main restaurant it is not welcome when you yourself go to the bar and take drinks. You have to wait for the waiters, who are not always quick, and 2 times they forgot to bring the order. And this despite the fact that the hotel was not even 80% loaded, but what will happen in the summer? But everyone is friendly and smiling.
Reception is also friendly, but for some reason simple questions take a long time to resolve. In addition, we were first settled in a room for the disabled without a shower. At our request, they moved on the same day, but the question hung in the air “why put in special rooms for the disabled if there are plenty of free regular rooms? ? »

NUTRITION
In short, the food is excellent!
especially liked the selection of meat and fish dishes and snacks.
There were not enough fruits on the beach, but the people in the hotel are not 100%, maybe they will be in the season.
The territory is full of bars, there is even a small pastry shop with delicious ice cream.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Since the hotel was not 100% full, there were no queues at one place.
