On 13.07. 2018 we went to melissa residence hotel, which does not correspond to 4 ? . The first thing we encountered was a broken elevator, we were settled on the 3rd floor. The food is disgusting, melon and watermelon fruits, the choice is very poor. The tables are dirty, the waiters do not do their job at all. I especially want to mention the waiter who introduced himself to me as Calvin, in fact, Ibrahim. Arrogant, self-satisfied, boorish, lazy little man. There were no desserts like current and all of our favorite Turkish sweets. Horrible kitchen. The only person who saved the situation was the bartender Mehmet. Special thanks to him, he did the work of a bartender and waiters, wiped the tables and served the guests, but he was also interested in whether everyone liked it or what was wrong. Special thanks to him, well done. By the way, he speaks Russian very well. I would not advise you to relax in melissa with children. There are no playgrounds, no animators, only 1 slide to the pool. The rooms are ok, sometimes cleaned. . I was told the hotel has a beach where the bus goes 3 times a day. We went to the sandy beach ourselves, as we know Kemer well. I have heard only negative reviews about the beach of the hotel. And in general, the guests of the hotel with whom I spoke with the hotel were not satisfied. Mainly kitchen and cleanliness as well as service staff. Summing up: I will never go to melissa, they will not advise him to anyone.
