My husband and I have just returned from this tour. the trip was spontaneous - I didn’t really have to choose (and we decided, since the tickets are cheap, it means you need to take “more” with you - but the money was gone for shopping in stores, the darkness of which is located around the hotel! I really liked the friendly Russian-speaking staff:
housekeeping, bus driver to the beach, beach workers, not to mention the waiters, bartenders and administration! Nobody asks for tips - they legally offer goods and services according to the price list and your desire. If you compare from your own experience of holidays in different countries with " stars" above (and you can generally remain silent about Russia... ) - then "Melissa" is no different from the others, except perhaps well-chosen AS ONE staff - and this is a great merit of the managers - FOR WHICH THEM MANY THANK YOU!
