Rested from 15 to 25 August 2017. The hotel was chosen for a child of 1.6 years.
We lived in a garden chalet.
Pros.
Large green area, quiet and peaceful, nice quiet pool near the room, good Wi-Fi, good bar and great animation, big clean beach, good spa.
Minuses.
Poor room placement. In fact, in the middle of the hotel there is a two-story hood or some kind of station, in general, it makes a lot of noise. Most of the rooms are located in close proximity to it, it is not clear how to sleep there.
There are no individual air conditioners. The overall system is very uncomfortable, not quite fresh air is felt and cools for a long time.
The food is average, even below average, nothing special.
Bad gym, old dead simulators, air conditioning does not work well, very stuffy.
The furniture in the rooms is very very old!!
There is a hair dryer the size of a vacuum cleaner hanging on the wall, the first time they saw one, all cracked and bandaged, they asked to bring a normal one, they did.

Moreover, in the bathroom, a large door fell off the bedside table and fell on his wife's leg, there was a severe bruise, they thought it was a fracture! It's scary to imagine if this door fell on a child. Complained about the reception and the girls working with clients. The door was simply drilled with screws. We were advised to write a written complaint and ask for compensation. And lo and behold, we were immediately offered compensation - a free dinner in a la carte restaurant!! ! It turns out that they have a paid one, it costs 7 USD. I have been to Turkey five times in different hotels, not to mention Egypt, and for the first time I hear about a paid restaurant. There, in general, visitors should be paid extra, given the level of service. We refused. A day later, they came up again to find out how our complaint was considered, the girls were less smiling, they say, you refused such an offer, what else do you need.
Those who want to feed their children with fresh fruits, be careful, we took a nitrate tester with us, everything just rolls over, children cannot be fed with this. True, in Kyiv, too, almost all peaches and many watermelons and melons are nitrate, but in the market you can choose, but not here.
I really didn’t like the situation with the trestle beds, people take their places, but in fact there is no one all day, at least a third of the occupied trestle beds remain empty.
In general, the impression is contradictory. I can definitely say that the hotel is not worth that kind of money.
