I will not go into artistic details, I will state the main theses on the hotel:
- settled within an hour (arrived at the hotel around 8 am);
- the room is spacious, the balcony is spacious, there is an anti-mosquito net, LCD TV (there are Russian and Ukrainian channels), cleaning every day, towels too, less bedding;
- many dishes are prepared quite tasty, spicy dishes are practically absent, delicious from fruits and berries - melon, watermelon, peach, cherry, the rest is grass (apples, pears, apricots, grapes), there is canned baby food in the form of fruit puree and some meals in the children's section of the dining room;
- the territory of the hotel is clean, well-groomed, a lot of greenery;
- the bartenders are friendly, not lazy, they pour and prepare cocktails in any quantity, all the booze is on tap;
- the beaches are not bad, but you can easily get hurt on sharp stones in the water;
- the water park is not big at all (5 slides);

- Animation for adults is not bad, but not very organized.
Now to the cons of the hotel:
- semi-working shower;
- lack of a shower door - all the water flows out onto the floor;
- minibar replenished only upon arrival (juice, fanta, cola);
- the complete absence of WIFI in the room (the staff is aware, they refer to the fact that they will call a specialist who has not been able to reach them for years);
- poor soundproofing of the rooms, especially from the side of the front door (large gap between the door and the floor);
- monotonous standard breakfasts;
- Turkish animators communicate very poorly in Russian;
- animation for children is boring, dull and monotonous (wooden animators);
- I don’t know how to attribute this to the minus of the hotel or to the level of culture of vacationers - people come to the dining room directly from the beach, perhaps without even washing their hands before eating and carry rubber rings with them, which they certainly haven’t washed, I think that such people need to be turned back in front of the entrance to the dining room, I also watched a picture of how people went to the beach, while going in for a bite to eat, again with rubber rings, still putting their hats right on the table;
- perhaps for the above reason, some people had cases of poisoning, after which they noticed the installation of a new container with disinfectant liquid in the toilet.
I also want to write a sharply negative review about the work of travel agent Murat from the TPG tour operator, who simply ignored our appeals to him about information about the date of departure and check-out from the hotel. Therefore, advice to future tourists - avoid the TPG tour operator and its incompetent employees, and if you are from Ukraine, then the Bravo air carrier.
