Hello. We just returned from vacation . . I must say right away that the vacation was a success, although it was badly spoiled. We often visit Turkey.
The hotel left us with a mixed feeling...The fact is that the hotel grounds are great, lots of different activities and entertainment, clean, green and beautiful. An excellent program, we did not use it, but it was very interesting for people and especially children. The evening program is quite varied and impressive.
The food is usually Turkish, quite varied but nothing special.
The view of the sea and mountains is very beautiful.
We were very pleased with the sea and the pier, an excellent beach (somewhat rocky, but does not spoil a comfortable stay).

What is the whole point: the territory of the hotel and the building itself are not compatible. The rooms are very old and not particularly well maintained, but we didn't particularly care. The first days were great.

On the fourth day, entering the room, after a long excursion, we found super huge cockroaches in the bathroom coming out of the grate located right above the toilet!! ! The shock was incredible!
After a long struggle, the husband managed to kill the reptiles, so that it was clear that from the first male blow with a slipper, they cannot be killed. They are the size of two matchboxes, without exaggeration. We decided that this was a huge accident, they closed the bathroom and waited for the morning to resolve this issue. In the morning we went to the guest service, they explained everything beautifully and expected some comforting words and solutions. We saw no surprise, no apology, nothing at all that could somehow alleviate the situation.
In response, we heard a couple of jokes like "do you know that there are no fewer cockroaches in Turkey, and in general they still fly"
We were coolly told that the number would be processed, when asked what exactly - the answer was "special medicine". We tried to believe and forget.
In the evening, returning from the sea, we looked around (every time my husband carefully entered the bathroom with a flashlight, because I was disgusted and scared) and this time we found smaller cockroaches, but already on toothbrushes !! ! Of course we were furious. Having thrown a scandal at the reception, we have achieved a change of number. It was smoky but free of cockroaches for at least the last two nights. But still, we preferred a quick shower and out of there!
I especially want to note the absolute frostbite of the staff at the reception. They did not try to appease or cheer us up with the usual Turkish compliment, a word, or at least listen to our claims fully. Moreover, we felt laughter in Turkish, irritation and indifference. Although we needed quite a bit, to say that this is a misunderstanding and resolve the issue.
Bottom line, it's a pity that the hotel is so run down and the service is not at all 5 or even 4 stars. The place is wonderful and the sea is amazing, especially in September.

Since this is not the first time we are resting in Turkey, I can say with confidence that the price of quality is not worth it. We will never return to this hotel although we are sorry. For those who still decide, number 430 - do not settle in it - get your own zoo! )
