But at least to say to meet and say a banal phrase like "We are glad to see you at our hotel" was possible. In general, no one met at all, they approached the reception, about 2 minutes later the representative just left the closet (not a smile with a stone face) threw a questionnaire and said to fill it out. The room was not ready yet, they said to come in 1 hour. As a result, they settled somewhere in 2 hours, everything is not critical. And as befits the "particularly caring hotel staff", they settled us with a small child right above the place where all the evening animation was held. But this also did not hurt us at all, we are not picky, it did not bother us much.

The declared water park did not work, the spa (they wanted to visit with my wife, it was open by appointment in other hotels), the second restaurant, the snack bar was opened only at the very end of our vacation, the beaches were generally ready (to wash your feet from pebbles, you had to go to the other end of the beach, we were preparing only for the season) - despite the fact that the cost was 20% higher than last year. That is, if you open at 50% (more than half does not work for you), then reduce the price by 50%. I draw your attention to the fact that the hotel saved on us, since everything worked in other hotels (this is Rixos, Akka, Alva Donna) - we had friends and acquaintances there at the same time. Air conditioning did not work at the lobby and at the reception, all the employees were wet (I repeat everywhere in other hotels the air conditioning worked). To which the administrator told me a generally amazing phrase: “You see, if we turn on the air conditioner, then the air will come from the street and the coronavirus will form. ” In general, whatever you ask them, the answer to everything is coronavirus. In general, we have been resting for 7 days already: no themed dinners, no seafood, even several times at lunch I really couldn’t choose anything for myself (I’m far from a gourmet, in Minsk I eat in ordinary canteens). In general, this fact did not please us at all, my wife and I went to the guest relation, asked what about your food, no choice, no theme nights - nothing. To be fair, the only dessert that was delicious was baklava (in the early days there was even pistachio, in the subsequent days we never saw it). The only thing you can’t find fault with is fruits - there were watermelons (sweet), melons (tasteless), cherries (sweet), apricots (the first days they gave really tasty, then they were rubber), peaches (hard), several types of apples (sweet) , hard pears, oranges.
Room cleaning:
We have never come across anything like this in all our travels to different countries! In general, they cleaned the first two days (superficially, made the bed and swept the floor, cleaned the bathroom - we never found fault with this), the next two days they don’t clean us, on the third day they don’t clean us, we went to the reception - they asked to clean in the room. You can see the photo, by the way, how they cleaned it then, took away dirty towels, didn’t leave clean towels (I didn’t see this anywhere), but we didn’t find fault with this either. Three more days pass without cleaning. It started to piss me off a little, we didn’t go to the reception, in the evening I met the top manager of the hotel and the senior administrator, showed a photo of how they cleaned the last time three days ago, said my comments on everything. They took over the head, all of us will deal with everything, tomorrow everything will be fixed. We noticed that practically no one left children older than 4 years old with the employees of the mini-club - apparently they had already heard a lot.
