I am writing a review about the hotel for the first time, because in the last days before leaving there were huge doubts about the choice of the hotel, which were apparently due to the first days of the hotel opening.
Since we previously rested in hotels of a slightly higher level (Alva Donna, Amara Dolce Vita, Ic Santai), the first impression was somewhat embarrassing... the hotel is not new, so there are some nuances: hooks are broken off in the locker rooms on the beach, the mini-bar socket is torn out, the wallpaper in the rooms is peeled off in some places, the shower area is leaking, the sewer smells in the room from time to time, not very comfortable pillows (hard and with lumps) and other little things that at first spoil the impression somewhat...
But again, with the price / quality ratio, I was very pleased with the following:
with a clear shortage of personnel, they try to maintain cleanliness throughout the territory (disinfectors everywhere, staff in masks);
on the 2nd day you get used to the issuance of dishes;
The waiters and staff at the issuance of dishes are very tired, so they don’t have the strength to smile, and even under a mask (they can be understood).
The food became more varied every day (there are always several types of meat, fish every day (both on the grill and in salads), shrimp and mussels not every day, but there were; there was a diet table; sweets and pastries are standard for Turkey; freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit . juice every day for breakfast.
There are enough seats in the restaurant both inside and outside.
Imported alcohol is available at all bars (a little, but without limitation).
There were always free places both on the beach and near the pool (the number of rooms is not 100% full).
The water park is small, but it’s calm that everything will be fine with the child.
Beach towels are changed as needed (wet to dry).
Rooms are cleaned daily (from cosmetics only shower gel, shampoo and soap).
During the day there is light animation for half an hour, in the evening there is a disco on the beach, near the main building it is calm.
Wi-fi throughout the territory and in the rooms (somewhat strange connection).
From what we encountered for the first time: with the obvious availability of free rooms and not one hundred percent occupancy of the hotel, they settled anyway at 14.
Extension of the number 15 euros/hour (expensive!!!! ).
The customer service manager is very unfriendly and unpleasant young lady!!!!!!
The cost of the tour at the time of the trip was: 2 + 1 for 6 nights - 1300 euros.
Lacked delicious latte and cappuccino, Turkish coffee was)))
Can I recommend or come again? Yes!!!! if the price is attractive))))
