Rested from 31.08. 13-14.08. 13. Composition 6 adults, children 6 years old, 5 years old and baby 3 months. For the sixth time in Turkey.
We chose a hotel to take into account, if possible, all the interests of our motley company.
The hotel is wonderful. There are some small drawbacks, as, indeed, in any other hotels.
Contingent: 40% Russians, 40% citizens of the former USSR (mainly Ukraine, Azerbaijan), 10% Turks and 10% everyone else
Number.

Our room was on the 6th floor - sea view. Upon check-in, we paid extra for it according to the official price list. We originally had a regular garden booked. We arrived very early, it was not yet 9 am when we were at the hotel. There were no free garden rooms at the time of our arrival (many people were sitting and waiting). The administrator said that there are 2 free sea views. Since we were very tired (we didn’t sleep for more than a day - somehow it’s even strange this time, usually we are still cheerful, we always try to fly on early flights), we agreed to pay the difference. We looked at both rooms, chose and we were immediately settled.
The room is good, everything is clean, everything works. Condo - no complaints. By the way, in Mirada, the trick with discount cards does not work (if you insert it into the device so that electricity works) - it only reacts to “our” cards (we were lucky to catch the Mirada card in the sea on the second day and safely used it to leave the condo in the room).
The minibar is filled only once (a couple of boxes of juice, a can of cola, some other soda, soda and water). Then only every day a bottle of 1.5 water.
The maid cleaned well.
Of the minuses - all the rooms, at least on our floor, are splits. The hearing is very strong. And our windows overlooked the side where the amphitheater was. I strongly do not advise to settle on this side with small children. Noisy in the evening. You can hear animation, and even disco from the beach. Of course, with the window closed, not so much, but still audible.
Wi-Fi is caught quite tolerably (we even caught it from the neighboring Vog). In the evening, of course, it slows down a lot.
Friends lived in buildings "wings" - the rooms are ordinary, not split.
The rooms of friends are exactly the same as ours, only the balconies are wider, no complaints. Another difference is that our bathroom had a good powerful hair dryer, and a friend in the room had some kind of antediluvian one that barely worked...
Territory. Very green, pine forest. Well-groomed and big. We liked! There is a zoo.

4 swimming pools, one for children, one indoor (there is also a children's pool in the indoor one). One of the pools with slides. True slides are made not very safe. Be very careful! The fact is that the stairs from the pool are on the sides of the slides. And if you slide down the middle slides - you have to be very careful when you swim to the stairs - they can fly at you from other slides. It happened when my husband and daughters were swimming towards the stairs. And they were not swimming near the slides (we foresaw such an outcome), but due to the fact that a very heavy man was riding down the hill and his acceleration was strong - he fell into the water at a distance from the slide (that's how he flew out), he hurt my daughter. Thank God not much. And thank God it didn't fall on my head. Some children swim very close to the slides when they swim out of the pool - warn them to be careful!
Beach.
I can't say enough about sun loungers. But I think it should be done. We preferred to lie on the grass. My husband gets up early, so he was already there at almost 7 o'clock in the morning. We came later. Around 10 am, when we went to swim in the sea - all the sun loungers are occupied, that's for sure.
The beach is good, clean, sandy.
Entry into the sea. On the left side (facing the sea) at the entrance of the 2-3 meter strip of pebbles and stones, then sand. For me it was problematic to enter, and even to leave - even more so.
On the right side, the entrance is without stones, good, with small pebbles at the entrance.
By the way, fish are biting. But they do not bite painfully - do not be afraid. Rather unpleasant, and most importantly unexpected. And by the way, they bite somehow selectively. My friend's mother was constantly bitten, me once in all two weeks, my friend - just not once...
The sea is clean. In the second half of the wave and can wash debris ashore.
Restaurants and food
In principle, there are no complaints. When compared with other hotels, somewhere there is better food, somewhere worse. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure, everything is very tasty. The only thing that annoyed me was the queues for meat (grill, shish kebab, etc. ) at dinner, and, as always, the people who climb out of line "I just see what's there"...
I was surprised by the fact that the waiters do not deliver drinks at dinner - the first time I encountered this. It’s not difficult for me to go to a bar and take a cola to my child, I can drink a glass of wine after dinner at the bar - but the fact itself really surprised me...
The waiters are very efficient, the dishes are cleaned quickly.

During the day there is always something somewhere to eat. They make a very tasty crumb-potato with different fillings (after 16-00). For an afternoon snack - boiled corn or waffles in the "bar" (I don't know how to call it correctly - since it's actually not a bar) in the amphitheater. In the same place, by the way, they make popcorn on the mini-disco (for free), although they didn’t do it on the last days of rest - they probably hinted that the season was coming to an end...
I was surprised by the queue for the gozleme. (there is a special house where they bake). Two or even three women are baking, but still there is a queue and you have to wait. Usually even one aunt copes quickly. .
We dined all the time in a restaurant near the beach. It suited us, there is everything to eat quite normally. Yes, in the main restaurant the choice is much larger (we only went there once for lunch), but we can do without these pickles. In a restaurant near the beach for lunch: soup, spaghetti, french fries, rice, vegetables. From meat - cutlets or meatballs and grilled fried chicken. There are pizza and pide, fruits, fresh vegetables and salads, sweets.
Of the fruits, there were always apples, melons, watermelons, plums, peaches, black and green grapes, bananas and oranges for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In the confectionery Patticie you can drink tea with cakes and cookies, take a hamburger sandwich, ice cream is served there from 15-00. There is no queue for ice cream as happens in other hotels.
All juice drinks are yupi, and the water tastes like yupi.
For kids, the restaurant has a blender, microwave, high chairs, a sterilizer and a kind of bottle warmer (could be wrong). There is baby canned food Bebilak, a mixture of Aptamil (1.2, 3, ), there is fennel tea and it seems to be chamomile.
The bars make delicious cocktails. They even make Mojitos - though I'm not a fan, so I don't know whether it's tasty or not... I note that the hotel is still not ultra all. Alcohol is only local. Non-local - for a fee, there is even a stand with "drinks of the day" (when there are discounts on one or another type of foreign alcohol). But we had enough local alcohol (for example, Turkish Baileys is quite decent).
Animation.
Excellent. There are always activities for adults. Evening animation - visiting shows are very beautiful. Local amateur performances - "Mr. Hotel" or "Comedy" - I don’t like, I don’t go.
Mini club

We gave the mini-club a “minus”…. Maybe, of course, the season is already over, the girls are tired... But this is their job.
As such, there is no children's animation... No, formally it is. Once a day, in the morning (usually a couple of hours), some thematic events are held (one per day! ): Indian or pirate day, pizza or cookies are baked, rodeo, sandcastle day... And that's it. This concludes the activities with the children. The animators don't know where they are. During opening hours, there is usually one girl in the mini club who sells T-shirts for coloring and is not responsible for anything else. He doesn’t even help the children color these T-shirts (as they do in other mini-clubs, by the way).
A couple of times there was a situation when in the afternoon the animators invited children: the first time to make masks, the second time to paint the face. And both times the children came to the club, animators - at best, one girl (who also went somewhere all the time), a queue of willing children. The animator asks not to take the queue, as she does not have time to paint everyone... The daughter really wanted to make a mask - we waited an hour. No one gave us anything, did not help, did not borrow. We were not the only ones waiting... My daughter burst into tears, I barely calmed her down...
It was painting day. On the eve of the mini-disco, they announce that tomorrow we are waiting for all the children in the mini-club at the drawing day, they will draw on professional boards. And further attention: the fee is purely symbolic - $ 7....And this is on painting day.

True, during the day you can still come to watch cartoons in the mini-club. Please, as much as you want. But no one writes down children, i. e. no one bears responsibility for them (even purely nominal as in other hotels - it is clear that this is all for show), i. e. children are left to their own devices. Therefore, there are no children in the mini-club, because it is not interesting, they do not play with them. For 2 weeks in the afternoon there was one game - the balls had to hit the holes. Everyone played it, both 4-year-olds and 10-year-olds. Well, you yourself understand, the kids were very upset when they lost (after all, they are not rivals for big children - you need to somehow divide children by age in games)...
If my daughter and I had gone alone, she would have blown my mind that she was bored (she is my lover of mini-clubs). It's good that we had friends with our daughter. The girls were doing great on their own.
Visited the spa with a friend. I would like to warn you. First we went and found out the prices at the spa (we needed a foam peel). The administrator woman persuaded us for a long time to buy a procedure in the SPA, they say, they cost $ 55, but they do it for 1.5 hours, and the guides (Tez and Odeon entered into an agreement that the SPA is done right at the hotel) $ 40, but in total 45 minutes... Then we went to the guide and asked how long the procedure lasts, if you buy peeling from them - just an hour and a half (about 30-50 minutes peeling, then 30-40 minutes massage, and a mask on the face). Bought as a result of the guide Teza. We thought maybe some kind of catch - they will work less in time, but no, everything was done in the best possible way...
So do not rush to buy at the hotel, buy better from guides - cheaper, but you will get everything the same. By the way, the massage therapists at the hotel are wonderful!
Not far from Mirada there is a Dino Park. Go on your own for 10-15 minutes. Admission is $35 adults, children are free. Of course, it’s a little expensive (we expected more), but you can go once with the children - the children will love it!
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Goynuk village. A taxi to the bazaar (Friday market day) costs $6. The bazaar is located if on foot: go to the village to the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, turn right, go straight, cross the highway (Antalya-Kemer) and go a little further (800 meters) - the bazaar is on the left.
Conclusion: the holiday was a success. We really liked the hotel. Comfortable for rest. I will recommend him to my friends with great pleasure.
I hope there will be another animation team in the mini-club in the next years, or these will work more actively with the children.
