I can briefly characterize this institution as - it's some kind of Shame, comrades. I did not think that in our age of an actively developing tourism industry, there is THIS on the market. More:
- Declared 4 stars, in fact 2 with a big stretch. The wretched street where it is located, even the language does not dare to call it a hotel, is strewn with cigarette butts, bottles and God knows what else. The stink river flows along the street, emitting an aroma for two blocks. Garbage bins near the gate complete the picture.
- in the hotel itself, shabby furniture of revolutionary times with the coloring of "pull out your eyes" and dirty floors. In a separate line, I note that the floors here are washed, splashing water with the palm of a bucket or from a plastic bottle, smearing it all with a dirty rag. They do this without being embarrassed by the guests, unceremoniously waving a rag at the feet of the hotel guests, who, dodging on the wet floor, like skaters, strive to break their limbs in the next pirouette.

- the rooms are small, TV and air conditioning, a wardrobe with one door and three hangers inside, an empty refrigerator (without a mini bar declared by the tour operators), with a thick layer of ice with a specific smell. They opened it once at the entrance and immediately closed it. Bathroom: sink, hair dryer on the wall, a bin without a lid next to the toilet and a cabin without a door. When taking a shower, water flows out into the corridor. In the morning, apparently due to an improperly executed sewerage system, there is such a stench that you had to jump in, turn on the water in the sink and wait 10 minutes until the sewer pipes spill water and stop smelling. They said that we were still lucky on the 3rd floor, those who lived on the 1st floor, the picture is sadder (where the pancake is even sadder? ).
- "all inclusive" includes, as our brothers from Ukraine put it, a "food point" with a buffet. It is better to go down there in advance, there really may not be enough places and you will stomp nearby until the Iranians, who make up the bulk of the vacationers, scream, and their children run around the tables during dinner. Drinks are poured exclusively into cardboard cups, sometimes you can drink from glass, but a number of conventions must be observed. Drink only during meals, catch the bartender pouring drinks and ask affectionately and nothing else, you can put in a dollar, but you will win the favor of this padishah only for this evening, the next day he will not be favorable to you.
Wine is sour, vodka is diluted, gin is one name. The beer is not bad, but you won’t be able to drink a glass in one gulp after the sea, because they will pour you half a cardboard glass. There is no bottled water at all, fill cups from the cooler, which, as it turned out later, was connected to the water supply (!!! ). Food for an amateur, be careful with spicy spices and sauces, with which the Turks richly flavor many dishes. Lots of sour.
- the pool is small, there is a slide, which is turned on for a couple of hours according to the schedule. The pool area cannot be used after 6 pm. The janitor begins to unceremoniously clean up and nobody cares. Rest rest, and cleaning according to the schedule. Recalling my vacation in Egypt, I note that we did not see the cleaning staff at all, they did it in the early morning or late at night. Here "everything is for the people. " The room was cleaned once, I didn’t want to ask again, very untidy staff and this cleaning is one name.

On the day of departure, they knocked on the door (the signs to clean the room did NOT hang on the handle! ), lay on the sofa, did not get up. However, the cleaning lady opened the door with her key and collapsed with a question she thought up on the go - is there any trash? After being asked to get the fuck out of the room, she stood for a while, looking around the room with a furtive glance and slowly left. By the way, upon arrival they asked if there was a safe in the room (declared by the tour operator), we were told that we could bring it, but some citizen could not open it on the day of departure. They refused, they carried documents and money with them in a purse. Kapets.
- Beach towels can be borrowed from reception for a $10 deposit (!!!! ). Change as you ask. The beach is a kilometer away, instead of the 500 meters declared by the tour operator, there is a transfer, but if you wait for it in the morning, there will not be enough sunbeds and you will buy them for a dollar. You will not find water on the beach from your hotel, because there is no bar there either. You will buy in the bars of other hotels for $ 2. The beach is littered with cigarette butts, the beaches belonging to other hotels are very clean, but when they see your cheerful Mona Rose Beach bracelet, the guards will remove you in disgrace. We sunbathed on the city beach nearby, empty but dirty. Closer to the sea, there are fewer cigarette butts, they put sunbeds by the water.
- the sea. Clean, warm and deep. There are fish that pluck, so actively flounder with your feet? )). The sea made up for us all the negative points in the hotel.
- transfer to the airport takes place 5 hours before departure, although it takes an hour and a half to get to it. On the way, we stopped at a million hotels and stood waiting for 10 minutes each, we were picked up the very first, we couldn’t be late in any way, so we didn’t have to go to bed before departure at 7 o’clock, but in fact at 8, we didn’t have to go to bed, because at 1.30 at night we had to were standing at the entrance. On the way, at 4 am, we stopped at an eatery, the driver wanted to eat, and people were waiting in the bus. Tour operators try very hard to please drivers and constantly remind tourists what hard work they have and ask them to tip them when they leave, there is even a money basket screwed to the seat behind the driver. Very nice.

Conclusion: The sea is plus 10, the rest is minus 25. If a travel agency employee forces this hotel on you, run !!! ! On the last day of the "rest", the smiling staff asked us to pass a bag for Irina (an employee of the Pink Elephant), who apparently constantly delivers clients from Russia to this hotel. They promised to pass, but not a bag, but a good bream. Thank you very much Ira for ruining a long-awaited vacation.
