Обещанного три года ждут! The promised three years are waiting!

We checked into the Visage Luxe Resort on May 28.2011.
I will briefly say the following:
- the beach of the hotel is 500m, just a city beach, you can go there if you got a bus that goes to a distant beach;
beach located 4 km. nothing from the hotel) during the time that we were a lot of sunbeds, they began to give beer)
True, the crazy bass that takes us there is often late or crowded, everyone constantly swears and complains))) but things are still there;
- there is no animation, declared as a team of 5 people, instead of it a couple of Turks walk and smile, they carried rabbits for a couple of days, an instructor appeared a week later, conducted water polo, women did step aerobics, life got better)
They say that the day before yesterday (11.06. ) Everyone was fired and others were hired... Write who will go)))

- the children's club is presented by a girl who, if asked, can paint the faces of children, there is no more children's animation, the evening children's disco is the same every day...
- the hotel does not have a storm sewer, 20 minutes of rain flooded the pool and the surrounding area, so all the garbage got into the pool water,
- WI-FI appeared 5 days after our arrival, now it works fine.
In the end, I’ll say that in general, we all liked the rest, because, in principle, the food was good, the staff was trying, and the slide appeared - my children ALWAYS rode it for two days out of 14!
They need to solve two problems:
transfer to the beach uninterrupted and comfortable
and the evening animation should be different every day, otherwise I didn’t see my adult for 13 days) and the children’s one is just awful !!!
And of course there are a lot of inconsistencies, for example, I didn’t find 12 hectares of area there... maybe they added a tangerine garden behind the hedge)
The real situation is this - now you can go to the hotel with children, too! But it's a pity that when we stopped by, there was no smell of 4 stars there!
