We rested with my husband in August 2015. We chose the hotel ourselves according to the distance from the airport, the sea and, of course, the price. After reading the reviews we decided to take a risk! (previously rested in different regions of Turkey in hotels 4 and 5).
Check-in: no matter what time you arrived and whether you have small children with you, check-in is only at 14.00 and not a minute earlier!
Rooms: if you are lucky, you will be given an advertising number (which is displayed on the hotel website - with a not bad repair and a view from the window), and so all the rooms leave much to be desired - small, not well maintained with old and not always working plumbing.
More than one person cannot be in the bathroom: if someone is in the shower, then you can’t go to the toilet and vice versa...
The room has 2 beds (1 and 2 bedrooms), a small wardrobe, a mirror, a dressing table under which there is a bedside table and a refrigerator. Air conditioning, TV (2 Russian channels), hair dryer. Balconies are not available in all rooms.
Bed linen and towels are either torn or stained.
Cleaning and service: none! During the entire stay, bed linen was changed once, towels were never changed. San appliances and the balcony were never washed. The meaning of cleaning is to collect sand from the floor and then not every day.
The staff doesn't care about tourists. All are left to themselves. If you turn to the problem, then of course they will listen, but nothing more...
Restaurant: There is no restaurant at all!! ! Meals are taken in the courtyard of the hotel - tables are placed around the pool. Everything is served in plastic bowls. An hour before lunch and dinner, tourists take tables, otherwise there may not be enough for everyone. After that, a long queue forms and everyone stands for food for 15 minutes... We came in the second half of lunch / dinner and without any problems found tables that had already been vacated and without any queues we collected portions for ourselves.
Meals: monotonous, no frills, but everything was enough, the finished dish was replenished. We left hungry only after breakfast. No baking at all!
Bar: UPI, machine coffee, water cooler (cold only), bottled beer, wine, diluted gin. All drinks are given in 1 hand only 1 glass!
Beach: sand and pebbles, huge boulders in the sea, it is not possible to stand in one place, small fish attack and bite not pleasantly. The entrance to the water is lined with sandbags. There are not enough beds and mattresses for everyone. A lot of small garbage and cigarette butts, there are no trash cans on the beach.
The territory of the hotel is missing, there is only a pool.
Nothing is provided for children: neither infrastructure nor food.
There is no animation, sometimes they turn on music and a projector with clips.
Wi-fi is available at the reception and by the pool, the speed is very low.
PROS OF THE HOTEL: located in the center of the village of Beldibi, directly opposite the park with a children's and sports ground, the embankment, and the sea (2 minutes walk through the park).
CONS OF THE HOTEL: the purpose of the hotel: to wash, eat and sleep, there is no territory at all, devastation and dirt.
