I was with my wife in the summer from July 29.2017. to August 08.2017 The hotel building is actually 5-storey - 3 floors, plus a basement, plus an attic. The rooms have obviously not been renovated for a very, very long time. I didn't like the hotel for sure. There can be no question of any 5 stars, a maximum of 3+. Now in order:
1) The hotel has not many advantages - the first line with its own beach, there are always free sunbeds on the beach, there were no problems with this, although the hotel was 100% full. Well-groomed green territory, respect to gardeners - they work like bees (the only ones of all the employees of this hotel). The TVs have several Russian-language channels. Decent hall.
And with good moments, that's all.
2) Internet. Internet in the rooms is paid. Free - only in the lobby, limit 250Mb! ! And that's all (PPC, stone age yo-mine). For connection - at the reception, it will not work on your own.

3) Numbers. The quality of the rooms is simply out of the question, as probably 2 stars in Egypt. The rooms are small. And God forbid you will be settled in the basement, the rest will be spoiled (we agreed on the second day and moved to the 3rd floor). That smell of dampness and mold that knocks you off your feet will not be washed off until next summer. "Bar" in the room - 2 half-liter bottles of water and nothing else (and why is there a refrigerator at all? ). Safe is paid. The furniture in the hotel rooms is all cheap, very old and shabby. From some elements of furniture, the laminate simply peels off with lumps, exposing the base, everything looks terribly miserable, like in a cheap village hotel. There are not enough skirting boards, some switches don't work, the shower doors are dangling and stupidly smeared with lumps of sealant to keep them from flowing. Naturally, this does not save even after washing on the floors of the dignity. knots splashes the second sea. The first of the cleaners was very bad at cleaning - she forgot to take out the garbage, throwing it at the door, did not give toilet paper, although she was no longer there at all !! , did not put water in the “bar” at all and mowed in full. In dignity. knot in the corners, piles of hair were both lying around before cleaning, and lying around after it. The bed was changed 1 time in the first 5 days. This cloak was replaced by a second one, she was livelier and she no longer felt sorry for the dollar on the bed. Two large bath towels, one foot towel and one hand towel are provided for two people. They seem to change every 2 days.
The soundproofing of the walls and ceilings is good (apparently thick), but there are no windows and doors - everything in the corridor and on the street at night, everything is in your room. Our window simply did not close tightly, a huge gap was visible (and these are double-glazed windows), plus there was a hole in the frame itself, through which you could stick your finger into the street. The conder worked quietly and well, but they give only one card and it will not work to cool the room in your absence (however, there is a trick that some people know about). The balconies above the first floor are small, but there are, but there are none in the attic.
4) Beach. Pebble, normal. Umbrellas are, reed. Beach towels are issued and changed from the SPA center in the basement, once a day. By the way, in the first days they managed to get burned even under them - there is a shadow, but the ultraviolet still passes, be careful. Sunbeds, as I said, are always enough, provided that they are not stolen by neighboring hotels. The staff does not follow this, they do not care. The sea is clean, after dinner the truth is sometimes nailed garbage. There are standard paid beach activities - a parachute for 10 minutes - $ 40 from the nose or $ 60 for two, a jet ski for 10 minutes - $ 35, it doesn’t matter one or two, well, and other banana-cheesecakes...
A shower on the beach is a separate song of the hotel workers, their attitude just finished me off and with this hotel everything became clear to me. There is such a four-sided column, on both sides there are shower heads in height, on the other two there are foot sinks. So one lamb on the taps was not enough and the people simply pulled them out and stuck them where they needed to (simply and angrily). Apparently, the hotel staff did not like this option - 3 loafers came, sat on the grass from lunch to evening and had a shower in the morning - the watering cans were removed, the places of the taps were smeared with silicone and they were not repaired for the remaining 8 days. Please bathe stomping in the shower to the pool.

5) Restaurant. I would rate 3+. Sometimes everything is fine - there are a lot of fruits and wine of 3 varieties of local (so-so, but you can drink), and sometimes the opposite - green apricots, green apples, watermelon and green unsweetened melon from fruits, plus there is no wine and the beer is over. In general, when it is like with them and what it is connected with, it is not clear (by what criteria it is 5 stars - probably only Allah knows). The food as a whole is still monotonous, but decent, we did not have any poisoning. The dishes are really dirty, wash poorly.
6) Animation. So-so. For children, they try to stir up something every evening, but it doesn’t go beyond the “aram zam zam” dances. Sometimes they arrange shows for adults, but everything is somehow very long and disorganized. There is no animation on the beach during the day. After dinner there is beach volleyball. The bar at the pool has a tennis table in good condition with rackets, free of charge. The balls are really square, it's fun to play. ) ) They also have darts for free, but that's bad luck - there are no darts.
Summary: The attitude of the hotel staff to their duties is nothing, take it for granted, the hotel is clearly fading away. Whoever came there to sleep, eat, drink and go to the beach will be fine anyway. I categorically do not recommend it to those who were in real fives / fours, you will be disappointed.
