As in all hotels, check-in at 14:00, neither an hour earlier nor an hour later, is the norm. Therefore, we arrived, changed clothes, ate and sunbathed. Now about the quality of the room, here is an interesting point - the furniture in the room is not cheap (even with closers) and it would seem comfortable at first glance, but there were a lot of comments. Both windows turned out to be broken: one did not close (it was put on a self-tapping screw a little later !!! ), and on the second, the air conditioner blocking mechanism did not work (when the window was closed, the air conditioner did not turn on). First, the staff fixed it, but a day later it broke again, then on its own - apparently my hands are growing from the right place))) The air conditioner itself (central air conditioner) worked, but did not cool the way you would like - regardless of the settings it gave out (as I it seemed) stable around 25 degrees. And as I asked the neighbors - so did everyone, but that was enough for us. Both TVs had a good picture, but the sound wheezed on both - you could only listen at a low volume. The handle in the interior door was broken (((Almost all the switches worked only with a fair amount of effort, the children used it with difficulty. The room was cleaned poorly.
2. Food and service
Regarding food - everything is fine, if there was a little more variety, I would say excellent! Everything is fresh, tasty... Alcohol is only local, but the quality is acceptable. Juices from vending machines are sometimes not very good - only water.
Despite the fact that the guests are 90% Russian, the staff almost does not speak Russian, which is very strange... But everyone is cordial and friendly.
3. Territory and entertainment
The hotel area is small but cozy. The only drawback is that it is open from the beach side to outsiders. Those who have small children, those who like to run without parents - keep in mind, they can simply run away to the city or to a common area. There is only one animator for children, so they are left to their own devices. Animation is not a strong point of the hotel at all - monotonous and boring... Plumbing (showers near the beach) is half broken ((( The beach itself is rocky, I liked it, but it won’t suit children - it will be difficult for them to enter the water.
Opposite the main entrance to the hotel, the MAXWELL TOUR company operates, they offer a variety of trips - bypass these guys, sometimes they cheat and, as it turned out later, they are very rude. They stuff their transport chock-full (even people have to stand) and hire an old transport - I strongly advise against it!
Separately, I would like to note Wi-Fi, free of charge only directly at the reception, which is inconvenient (the range is very short)! Therefore, I advise you to use the paid one right away - it's a shame, but a fact.
