The staff pretends that they do not understand Russian. The representative of the TEZ tour pretends that it has nothing to do with your problems. Not a single answer, not a single advice, not any help - we have not yet rested with more incompetent representatives of the travel agency. Shame on the TEZ tour!! ! The food was very average: one chicken and products made from minced meat of unknown origin, from fruits only last year's oranges, fried apples and green cherry plums. The only thing that cannot be spoiled in this hotel is the clean sea!
