No programs, live music too (in the evenings). During the day - volleyball, water polo and gymnastics . . A huge hello to Ali - here is an animator who really does a great job . . Clever and funny. The only thorn in this holiday is the guide of the company TezTour Nastya Andreeva. Such a boorish attitude towards tourists has not been seen anywhere else - they waited for check-in for 4 hours, despite the fact that they promised a good room with a sea view and this Nastya herself spoke about it, as a result they gave a room to a neighboring hotel, no sorting out helped, despite the fact that we were just blatantly deceived. After waiting 4 hours - we received only rudeness in response . . at the information meeting - the attitude is - I didn’t buy an excursion from her - so I went out. Nastya did not hide this and was openly rude, not embarrassed by anyone. Of course, it is clear that she is a local "God forgive me", all the hotel staff tell each other about this. but you have to do your duty. It's a shame that such representatives spoil the image of a large company . . therefore, be guided by the fact that no one will help you solve your problems in this hotel, you will have to do everything yourself.
