Accommodation: the hotel has an old number of rooms, the rooms in the first building are especially in need of repair. Therefore, there are many different problems, in almost every room (air conditioners, bath equipment, leaking pipes, electricity ... the list is long - people share all this among themselves on the beach).
But this is not surprising, but the fact that at the reception managers managed to organize a separate business for themselves during check-in: they sell the right to check-in to rooms that, in their opinion, have fewer problems compared to others (so replacing numbers from buildings on 2 lines with the first building costs 15-20 dollars a day - this is their price approximately. The full price can be obtained on the beach, where people are willing to talk about their experience) My voucher originally indicated accommodation in 1 building, but the reception manager EMRE "sold" me as one one of the best rooms with a view of the 19 air conditioners of the neighboring hotel (the distance between the hotels is about 8 meters) Can you imagine the noise they make 24 hours a day? What about the smell of the kitchen? what about the temperature? But it was not even dishonesty that surprised me, but open rudeness in the face from the GULAY reception manager when I requested a room change. She was just "pissed off". This is the first time I see such behavior, especially from an Eastern woman.

Therefore, be prepared for open aggression, rudeness and extortion at the hotel reception. Meals: probably the restaurant (more correctly, the dining room) has a very meager budget. And also for short fights for fruits (cherries, peaches) But on the other hand, there is always a watermelon and in sufficient quantities. For a watermelon - a solid five! Of course, you can not participate in these battles for a place and food, but come 30 minutes before the restaurant closes, but then, perhaps, you will only get a watermelon. Beach: good, enough trestle beds for everyone. But to get a place under an awning and not burn out, you have to come to the beach at 7 o'clock in the morning.
Animation: draws everyone's attention to itself with a very loud BOOM-BOOM-BOOM noise (you can't call it music). These are all her accomplishments. I'm sorry for the children. because the playground was placed right in front of the speakers that make this BOOM BOOM. And travel agencies urgently need to delete this hotel from the list of good ones, the hotel has changed dramatically. Otherwise, you can easily lose your customers.
