There are simply no words about this terrible hotel - it was not the first time we rested abroad - but this is not even a nightmare. We stopped at 5 pm, immediately gave a room in the basement, where it’s not even possible to breathe, the humidity is terrible, mold + stink. That is, the windows overlook the courtyard, moreover, half the windows are underground. All plumbing is broken, the walls are painted on concrete with beauty. We went swearing for 3 days - at the reception the girls are stupid scumbags who do not understand the Russian language (which is very strange - no one speaks Russian in the hotel, although 99% of the guests are Russian speakers) The guides of the TEZ-Tour are complete downs - selling excursions promised to help resolve the issue with the number , smiled, reassured, and the next day after buying the tour, they almost sent it. The hotel manager was never able to achieve it in 3 days, even once, and they went 4 times a day, the answer is one, it will be soon. In short, we decided not to spoil our vacation, and the room was at a minimum. The travel agency says that you can use the territory 5 *, and there is simply nowhere to go, that is. because nothing works in the resorte except the pool, and the restaurant is only on the beach, there is also animation, a disco, bars. Regarding the animation, several Russian students serving their sentences in practice, who went here just to sunbathe for free, the evening shows are terribly primitive at the level of school amateur performances. But there are several pluses - good music at the disco, warm sea and decent food - grill something every dinner, and the city center is about 20 minutes on foot. We went to this hotel after reading the reviews and reassuring ourselves, hoping for the best, but unfortunately the best did not come true. The hotel last year was 3 * - so it remained - people do not go to this hotel - money spent in vain and not very small (we paid $ 1400 for two).
