My child and I, like many tourists, came to the hotel by accident! We were supposed to go to Tekirova, but they brought us to Armas. I immediately began to resent and scream that I would not stay here. Dilora (an excellent employee) came to me at the reception and offered to inspect the hotel, and then decide. Our guide said that he would arrive at 14:00 and take us. We were 8 people from the plane and we went to look around, after which they came up and said that we were staying here.
We received the keys to the rooms by 11 am. Room 4109 with sea and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. Then we went to the bar and marveled at the chic assortment of sweets and free cocktails! Here I immediately write a huge thank you to all the bartenders-boys and special thanks to Fidan and Blue!!! ! The food at the hotel is excellent, a lot of snacks, the assortment is magnificent !! ! Of course, there are queues and there will be, but not 20 people each! Taking into account the pandemic, it is unacceptable now to take food and drinks by yourself. You just need to choose the right time. There were not enough sun beds, because the tourists themselves take them at 6-30, even if they go on excursions and are not sure that they will lie, but they take a sunbed!
I want to express my deep gratitude to the hotel management, namely Devrim-Bey, Murat-Bey and Zeki-Bey, as well as the administrator Vera, who reacted with lightning speed to the complaints of tourists and immediately resolved conflict situations!! ! Thank you for a wonderful holiday. She herself has repeatedly seen tourists, collectors of negativity, who went to complain about the reception as if they were working. All I hear is, I'm going to make a fuss, but why make a fuss, if you can calmly tell and ask! I paid money, everyone pays, but this does not mean that a Turk with a fan should stand!! ! You need to understand that this year everything is different, but it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the coronovirus... and tourists !!!
