We arrived in the evening, we were immediately given the keys to the room. The hotel is located on 2 lines: there are buildings on the second line - old and dead, and the first line overlooking the sea and mountains. Already on the way to the room, we suspected something was wrong, when chickens and a rooster were sleeping in a row on a bench in front of the room, the room on the 1st floor, overlooking the road - terrible, old, tattered, despite the fact that we were told all the rooms with a balcony - our room was without a balcony with a rope in the middle of the window, for drying things (I attach all the photos), after that we returned to change the room, we were given another one, like with a balcony, but no better than before.
Of the advantages of the hotel - the sea, a beautiful view (if you are on the first line), all inclusive (the food, like in other hotels, is enough, you will not stay hungry) / The first line is 4, where it is more or less clean and tidy.
Of the minuses:

1) Covid made adjustments - you don’t collect food yourself, you stand in line for each dish and point with your finger what you want, on average you stand from 20 minutes to 1 hour.
2) A very old hotel, the rooms at least on the second line are very dead and do not even correspond to 3, the plumbing is leaking, the grates are hanging, the plaster is falling off, the door hinges are hanging on snot, the balcony is shabby, there is an old plastic table and chair. If you are a tourist who travels only for the sake of the sea and the hotel is not important to you, go here (but it’s better to take 3 * then, it will be cheaper for 200-300 bucks). I am not whimsical, but I was shocked by the dirt in the hotel and the old dead repair.
3) Chickens, roosters walk around the hotel, sit on benches, chicken droppings are all around, I see this for the first time in 4 years of rest in Turkey !!!!
4) View from the window - either into the garden on the chickens, or right next to the windows of the neighboring hotel, or on the road, there are rooms with mountain views.
All visitors are standing at the reception swearing. I read reviews that the management quickly solves problems, so this is a lie. They tried to negotiate peacefully, but no one cares. Tin, not a hotel. I strongly do not advise to go to this hotel, I see this for the first time. We read a lot of reviews before going, obviously this year was different.
