The hotel was booked back in January of this year. Of course, no one could even imagine that there could be some kind of pandemic with all the ensuing consequences. The trip was originally planned for June, then moved to the second half of September. The room was paid for on the first line and the hotel confirmed the availability of rooms. Before the trip, read a lot of reviews, both good and bad. But since everyone is different, don't worry too much about bad reviews.
We arrived exactly at 14:00. At the reception they said that there were no free rooms on the first line, that we were settled on the second line, but they would be moved the next day. The room was given 1505, on the first floor, without a balcony and overlooking a huge transformer, heaps of garbage and the back wall of the store, although the next day at 10 am we were moved to the first line. Most importantly, as we understood, this is not a one-time situation, but the usual practice of the hotel. We met a married couple from Moldova, who, out of ten days of rest, were kept on the second line for three days, despite the fact that the first line was paid. This is very dishonorable on the part of the hotel in relation to tourists. By confirming to the tour operator the availability of rooms of this price category, the hotel undertakes to provide vacationers with a room of the selected category on time. For the inconvenience received, as a compliment from the hotel, we were provided with free Wi-Fi for the entire stay, but this was not the hotel's initiative, but rather our proposal to resolve the conflict that had arisen.
The new room was good, cleaning daily, there were no problems. As for the food - the food is varied, a large selection, but because of the queues (5-6 people) at each distribution table, you had to spend an hour to sit down and eat calmly, sometimes you had to eat already cold dishes. Especially annoying in the morning was a huge queue for scrambled eggs and pancakes. If someone eats fruit or sweets in the morning, but someone doesn’t, then almost everyone took scrambled eggs, one hotel worker could not cope with a long queue during cooking and distribution, they had to stand for 20-30 minutes.

The best thing about the hotel is the sea: clean and warm. The beach is small pebbles, but among them there are also larger pebbles, so walking is not comfortable, you had to use special shoes. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, but due to the 100% occupancy of the hotel, you need to run to the beach at the beginning of eight in the morning to take a seat under the awning. In general, a relaxing holiday did not work out, we were constantly in a hurry somewhere, either to take sunbeds on the beach, or to take a table in the restaurant hall (it was more comfortable there, because the air conditioners worked), or to quickly cope with the queues and eat.
Since we were already traveling in September, we expected that among the fruits there would be peaches and figs. Peaches were seen a couple of times, and then not on the distribution, but on people's plates, obviously there were so few of them that they ended in 20 minutes. Figs were not seen at all, they only bought them themselves (2-3 dollars per kg). Most of the fruits were watermelon, melon, sour plums, green sour oranges or tangerines, sometimes pears or grapes. To be honest, in the hotels of Egypt, the choice of fruits is much better. Didn't like the animation. She was practically non-existent, and what was was not interesting. The evenings are frankly boring.
We entertained ourselves with trips to Kemer. We were seduced by the offer of the hotel guide to go shopping in Antalya (like it’s cheaper there) - they just wasted their time, they brought us to a large shopping center, of which we have dozens and the prices turned out to be at the level of ours and the choice is not the best. In Kemer, even the prices are more pleasant. In general, we had a good rest, but it could be better. We will definitely not go to this hotel again.
