I RECOMMEND READING UNTIL THE END!!

At the end of the holiday, the child was found to have the Coxsackie virus, which added negative to the overall impression of the hotel. There have been cases before, but no one talks about them. We are very disappointed with the hotel, maximum 3 *, the service is terrible and not at all for children. I will write a lot, but those who choose based on reviews, and not on pictures, read to the end. Our tour was 11 nights, which was bought at the travel agency Mandarinka Travel in Kyiv. After looking at many options, we settled on PGS Kiris Resort in Kemer. The travel agent assured that the hotel is very good, with good service and suitable for families with children. The beach, according to the description, was supposed to be excellent, but in reality everything turned out differently. Our main criterion for choosing a tour was just a good beach, so that the child would feel good!

The territory and the restaurant at the hotel are not bad, but this is probably all the pluses. More about the sore ...The service is terrible and there is no attitude towards tourists. When you move in the standard divorce.
We had an Economy Room and we were offered to see it and if we want, then change it to a better room with a surcharge. The first room was in the farthest and dirtiest corner of the territory, next to the road, gates and garbage cans. Apparently they know that people, having looked at the room in a better way, will immediately take it, paying extra money. We did the same, but I asked for a receipt for the surcharge. In response, I received a 30% surcharge back with the words: “let's unofficially, we will refund you a little, but this is only between us. ”

When checking into a new room, they found a fungus in the bathroom and around the entire perimeter of the air conditioner unit, which also dripped. A lot of people we talked to said the same thing. As a result, they changed the room again, but the air conditioner dripped there, the fungus in the bathroom and the tiles peeled off the walls. The new room was absolutely not prepared for settling a family with a child. We were waiting for a bed for a child for more than 6 hours.
We were promised a large mattress for two beds 4 times, but no one came. After another call, we were told that they were out of stock. They clean poorly, the corners and the closet are not cleaned, there is someone else's hair in the bathroom, and the carpet is terrible and stained. There is a free safe in the room, but it is very easy to open it with a normal screwdriver in 1 minute. Therefore, there is no question of any safety of valuable things. So draw your own conclusions.

More about the beach. We were promised a sand and pebble beach "great for a child", but there is absolutely no sand here. Instead, there are very large pebbles, in some places even cobblestones with a diameter of 10-15 cm. The entry into the sea is very steep, the depth is immediately after 5-7 m, not at all for children. Slippers are a must! The rules state that sunbeds should not be occupied with towels, otherwise the staff will take the towels. Naturally, no one picks up and all sun loungers are occupied from morning to evening.

Kitchen.
In principle, pretty good food, everyone will find something for themselves. True, the children's menu is meager. Our child ate french fries and cutlets all the time, which were sometimes spicy. The waiters are not professional. Some areas of the restaurant are not allowed by staff at certain times of the day. When asked where it is indicated that this zone is closed, they answer what the boss told them. We changed four times, because wherever we go, everywhere they say that it is closed here. There are no designations. When the child fell ill, they called the reception and asked for food for the child in the room. In response, they heard: “So you yourself can go to a restaurant and bring it. ” And this despite the fact that the hotel has Room Service.

If we had known in advance about the large pebbles on the beach, and even more so about the presence of the Coxsackie virus, we would never have come here.
Asking a representative of Pegas Touristik why a sand and pebble beach is indicated, but in fact there is no sand at all, he received a brilliant answer in response: “There should be sand there. It's marketing. " Here is such marketing (deception). But after being notified of the virus, we were told not to leave the room and that they would close the pool for disinfection. But I never saw it closed. It feels like a lot of the positive reviews are written to order, and when there are promotional tours for travel agencies, the hotel is fully prepared to look positive.

We will never return to this hotel!
