Sincerely and from the heart. Sorry for being so long, but detailed. The hotel is really good. There are a lot of pluses, but almost every one has some kind of “but”. I'll start in order. We rested from 17.07. to 25.07. 2010 When we bought a ticket, there were only places in the bungalow (although the agency warned us that the building was newer and better), and since there was no choice, we decided to take it. When we arrived at the reception, both us and those who stood in front were immediately asked where we would like to check in. The man standing in front clearly expressed his wishes: to get closer to food and to the pool! . . His request was instantly granted. And my husband and I were given THREE rooms (1st floor in a bungalow, 1st floor in the building, and then I wanted a balcony, and we were shown 5th floor in the building) to choose from! I asked for a quiet option, and the most polite young man took us on a "tour" of the rooms himself. Chose 1 floor. corps - it is newer, and it was so cool there that I did not want to leave it. No one asked for any money, didn’t even hint, we ourselves left him 5 bucks. In general, the reception is a great respect. The room is clean, everything you need is there, the central air conditioner functions, BUT its power cannot be adjusted - it blows, it blows you off your feet and buzzes so that I woke up at night when it turned on (first it crackles for 6 seconds, and then it rumbles, as if a train is passing by) . Cleaned every day, BUT the first day was not vacuumed. Then everything is fine, even though we did not leave a tip. The bathroom has liquid soap and shampoo, BUT the soap was squeezed out every other time, and the toilet was flushed reluctantly and not from the first press. However, we weren't picky. The minibar was carefully replenished, even with a vengeance. There are 5 Russian channels on TV plus Ukrainian ones. Because of this, the natural and climatic conditions (mountains, sea), the abundance of Russians and only Russians very much looks like Crimea)).
The territory is large, green, shady, BUT it seems that everything has grown by itself, and now they are taking care of it. Last year we had a rest in Horus Paradise (well, you understand the level yourself) - there you can see that every tree is monitored, that it is in its place, there are “themed” lawns, everything is in the same style... But here it is somehow monotonous. BUT if you have not been to the best hotel, you should like it.
It is strange that in a hotel where Ultra All has a paid safe, but you are warned about this, so no complaints.

About food. . . I don't understand those who write that it's not tasty and monotonous. Very tasty and varied. Every day you can eat a new dish, even fried, even steamed(! ), even grilled. . . BUT!! ! Guys, there are a lot of Russians working (and, of course, resting) in the hotel - is there really no one to tell the cooks that the crayfish should be boiled until RED! And salting it wouldn't hurt. I sincerely feel sorry for those who have never eaten real cancer, and therefore greedily snapped up brown (! ), undercooked arthropods, smelling badly of raw fish. Northerners, come to us in Rostov-on-Don and taste cool crayfish! Yes, with dill, and with beer! . . And for less money; There was a lot of drinking, BUT soft drinks left much to be desired: diluted concentrates of thermonuclear colors, reminiscent of space fuel. We did not use them, afraid to turn into aliens. Wine is also the same name, but you can drink it. This is excellent tea! Of course, not the one in bags, but the one in teapots on boilers with boiling water - I recommend it to everyone. Many types of fish (grilled trout - yum-yum), meat (from beef to turkey), vegetables in all sorts of variations, fruits in bulk, though not as tasty as we have on the Don, but oranges and peaches are gorgeous! And, of course, desserts! . . Above all praise. Turkish sweets, cakes - it's great!
Animation... There are a lot of guys and they are great: there are enough sports events during the day (they are reliably listed in the hotel description), everything is fun, a separate hello to Musa and his bocce, BUT here are the evening shows for the top three. For some reason, they are led by Turks who speak Russian poorly and constantly demand that we “show our hands” and clap. It seems that we should have admired the very fact that we see them on stage. And on the last evening we were shown... "Cinderella". Not a parody, not a modern interpretation, not a locally colorful version, but the usual fairy tale "Cinderella"... We felt like parents at a children's matinee or in a puppet theater. To be honest, I didn't understand this joke. Comparing everything with the same Horus, this is heaven and earth - there were PERFORMANCES! We went to the theater! With pythons, national dances, hilarious humor... I read the reviews of the others, and I agree that the team works well, it's just that, unfortunately, you probably didn't come across guys who work perfectly, and last time we rested with just such. But in general, it's good here.
Beach: sooooo big, well-maintained, sunbeds could always be found, BUT in the description they say that it is sandy and pebbly... There was no smell of sand there. It didn’t upset us at all, just why write like that. The water is super clear, warm, BUT it often brought some kind of garbage, as we were explained, from the yachts. But these are minor details. There are lifeguards on the piers (there are 2 of them), if someone swam in the wrong place, they whistle, everything is as it should be, well done. And then the Russians don’t see the buoys, they climb under the jet skis and vice versa.
I liked all the excursions (we got caught in the pouring rain in Istanbul), everything was on time, the guides were great, special thanks to Pegasus. BUT at night in the lobby, while waiting for a transfer to the airport in Istanbul to fly, they saw a rat jumping under the bar. Light shock.

In general, I really liked it, and minor flaws did not spoil the rest at all. For those who are not satisfied, I advise you to pay extra 15-20 tr. and go where it is difficult to find fault with something, although if desired, it is possible everywhere.
