They were witnesses to that. Therefore, the rating of the hotel on all sites is somewhat overestimated.
Now directly about the hotel. It needs an update. As far as I understand, they plan to rebuild it. Perhaps that is why they do not make major repairs to the rooms, and everything else. The territory is large, green, clean.
The only thing you can definitely give 5 out of 5 for is the staff.

When checking in, at the reception, the girl Elena asked about our wishes about the room. After listening, she gave the number 1905. These are the most distant bungalows. It is quiet there, but if you are offered this room, immediately ask for another one. I will not describe everything that is wrong with him. I'll just say: you can't live in it. The next day, after explaining to Elena why we could not stay in this room, she offered a choice of two options - another room in the bungalow and a room in the main building. We stayed at room 2302 in the main building and were quite satisfied with it. Its only negative is a very small balcony.
Another, it seems to me, an important detail is that in the rooms in the bungalow there is a carpet on the floor, which is very unlikely to be vacuumed regularly. In the rooms in the main building there is a laminate on the floor, which is washed almost every day.
