Good day to all. Rested with my husband from June 15 to June 25.2011. Before that, we rested in Turkey in such hotels as the Kremlin Palace and Queens Park Tekirova, we liked it more. A month before this vacation, I was on an advertising info tour along the entire coast of Turkey and saw 3 *, 4 *, 5 *, so I consider my review to be quite objective. I deliberately waited for time so as not to write a review on emotions. If you do not take into account everything I have listed below, then you can give the hotel a solid five and say that everything is super. We are not capricious, and as a rule we turn a blind eye to many things, because we come to rest, but this year it was not possible to rest comfortably. And so my comments specifically for the entire hotel:
The main contingent is grandparents with grandchildren. 95% Slavs of the post-Soviet space. Youth percent 30% and then I think accidentally got into the hotel. There are a lot of boorish cattle, fat women looking for adventure and lovers of drinking pretty much, because of which the attitude towards normal people was worse than usual.
Wi-Fi in the lobby is free. Near the pool as they say for free, but he does not catch. Otherwise, you can buy for $ 2 per day, scoring the room number for activation.

REGISTRATION, SETTLEMENT. Because arrived in the evening for dinner, we did not wait long, the key was given to us almost immediately after filling out the card. I warn you right away that before settling in, take the key and go, look at the proposed room, because. as practice and observation have shown, almost everyone returns to replace the number. Very unpleasant behavior as the reception and guides. Those. you are on your own. If you can agree, then you're lucky. We even offered money, but we still didn’t get the number right away. We spent the night in one room, and in the morning moved to another room. At the same time, it was necessary to collect all things, go to hand over the key to the room, and only then receive a new key. I do not advise you to settle for numbers that begin with 19... because except for the noise of the road, the singing of the mosque at 4 am and the courts of the neighboring hotel, you will not see or hear. This is the very last row. There is also such a minus as the rooms above the passage to the bungalow, where the balcony is "French" on which you can only stand, there is no place at all, and accordingly there is no table or chairs. For those who like to sit on the balcony is not an option. It is also not an option if the numbers start at 14 . . and 16... for those who love silence, because they are close to the pool where there is a party until the night and loud music plays. Also, the rooms above the aisle with a French balcony are exactly two times smaller than the rooms with a large balcony.
The fact that we were newlyweds had to be reminded very persistently, which was very unpleasant. And after the calls of my tour operator to all the main offices, which were not treated correctly, they brought wine and fruit to our room, and later there were bathrobes and slippers. The latter should be present everywhere for free, but if not, then come to the reception, and at your request they should bring a bathrobe and slippers to the room. There has never been such a thing that they demanded a marriage certificate, but here it’s just such strictness. So if you want to get fruit and wine in your room, take a photocopy of the certificate with you. The local wine is not so hot. Fruits similar to those in a restaurant. But still, the attention is very nice.
ROOM CAPACITY, CLEANING. The first impression of the rooms is good. The room was in a bungalow. Number as a number, like all standards. But in fact, everything is very old. I don't know what renovations they had there. This is probably the ten thousandth painting. The toilet bowl, it seems, has been from the very opening of the hotel (1994), because it tends to first draw water to the brim (a spectacle not for the suspicious), and then it sucks everything safely, and at the end there is a final “spit” from the toilet right in the face. The toilet seat is of such a kind that it is immediately clear that it has outlived all the guests since 1994. I have never met a single hotel of the All and UAll system so that there were no banal bottles with shampoos and gels. I bring everything of my own, but however, there are people who do not take these things with them, because. the all-inclusive system assumes the presence of elementary things. In these rooms, only a container is screwed over the washbasin with liquid soap, and over the bathtub with shampoo.
The rooms have a plasma TV. Paradoxically, in the small rooms there is a huge TV, and in the room, twice as large, the TV is half the size, some kind of complete lack of logic. And moreover, a large plasma stands in such a way that it blocks the floor of the mirror, and in order to turn on the light above the mirror, you need to climb your hand behind the plasma.

Cleaning at first did not bother and pleased. Leave a dollar every day. The first two days, there were swans and a bed decorated with flowers. But the housekeeping itself is rubbish. When checking in near the bedside table from previous guests, the remains of pistachios were lying around. All 10 days of our stay, they languished. Towels, a stumbling block. We are not picky and did not throw towels on the floor every day, because. We use them at home for up to a week. Everything suited us, but when the towels were replaced for us, it's kapets, there was a feeling that they were brought to us after a long use from the next room. They were all stained, and they stank so much that just when I remember, I shudder. Thank God we had one set of unused, accidentally forgotten, we were able to dry ourselves clean. In general, it was noticed that towels were drying on the railing near the stafroom, which indicates that they were dried and not washed. Because we hung towels changed, not ironed and very wrinkled. Further, that in general simply surprised me to the core. Above the bathroom there is a handrail for bath towels, and so the cleaning lady climbed (probably in shoes) into the bathroom to hang towels, and did not even bother to rinse the corns from her feet. So you come after cleaning, and the bathroom is trodden and dirty.
It was noticed that cream was brazenly raked out of jars with expensive creams, I'm not greedy, but I was very unpleasant.
During one of the cleanings, the cleaning lady forgot to close the balcony at all, our oversight is excluded, leaving we check at home, the closed balcony, the lights off, etc. Thank God nothing is missing.
Cleaning times are unclear. They come when they want. One of the times after dinner they lay dozing under the telly. A knock on the door, before they had time to say anything, the cleaning lady jumps into the room. We lie half-naked, just "hello. " They started putting up the NB sign. As a result, one day, when we were napping in the afternoon, we received a phone call to ask if we needed to clean up. I thought that this sign suggests "Do not disturb" the guest, it turns out I was wrong. Lights were often turned off. Very often we heard the key clicking at night, informing us of a power outage. The air conditioner works like a fan no more. The refrigerator did not freeze at all, but we did not call anyone, so that once again no one climbed into the room, because. things were scattered all over the room, due to the fact that it was impossible to use the closet. There must have been a sewer leaking from the next room upstairs, and there was just such a stench in the closet that you could fall. The door to the toilet was next to the bed and through it everything is very audible. Especially when someone gets up at night to go to the toilet, and after flushing, the toilet barrel lets water in very very loudly.
The refrigerator was updated with water every day. Local cola and fanta tried and poured, because. this chemistry is impossible to drink.
Safe, we didn't use it.
Beds are not checked or disinfected. The first time I ran into a problem when I was bitten by someone, or ticks or bedbugs. It was very unpleasant to contemplate bites on my body, five bites per 3 cm square of the body.

SEA, BEACH, POOL. Find free sunbeds, from the category of "anrial". We were in another hotel, where the administration did not hesitate to walk along the beach and near the pools and collect "people's goods" with which sunbeds (caps, shorts, pareos, etc. ) were booked. We observed both on the beach and near the pool that the booked sunbeds stood idle all day unoccupied by anyone, while people, cutting circles, tried to find a place to relax. Once again, proof that the cattle is resting, unable to rest normally.
The beach is very dirty, I don’t know why there is a “blue flag”. I understand that people are pigs, but if you have already made commitments, then please, correspond to the level. There are cups, straws, cigarette butts (despite the ashtrays), pads, tampons, etc. lying all over the beach. "charm". The entrance to the sea is very difficult. Large stones, and it is difficult and painful to enter.
Puddles of water are not raked near the pools, and a very strong fall of people has been repeatedly noticed.
People are such pigs too. I noticed how one fat woman, having swum in the pool, went straight to the public toilet barefoot (!!!!! ), did not dry herself with a towel (from which the toilet was full of water) and then came and again jumped into the pool and began to swim. It was very “pleasant” to go back into the same pool and watch the children splash and choke on this water. Just "bee".
There are three piers on the sea and near each motor boats and scooters. Horror smells like diesel fuel, sometimes just to suffocation. Technique nails garbage and dregs to the shore. Swimming in the sea is unpleasant, it is disgusting to enter the water.
Bungalow on the beach for a fee of $ 20 per person.
The slides worked according to some kind of schedule and never hit.
BARS, RESTAURANTS. Pool and beach bars serve drinks in plastic cups during the day. They wash very poorly and look unsanitary. Not once came across broken glasses through which drinks flowed. Sometimes the glasses smelled of someone's masculine perfume, which made it disgusting to bring a glass to your nose, let alone drink it. Alcohol of poor quality, we can say that there is no normal at all. But probably for the contingent that we had a rest, it's normal.

The restaurant is very crowded. It is necessary to cut five circles around the perimeter in order to find a free place. It's the first time I've seen such that there were no seats. The food is mediocre. It can be seen that they are trying, but for UAll this is a very average level. They ate without enthusiasm.
Alya Cards are paid for $15 per person. We visited only fish. I liked it very much. Live sound, delicious food. We bought a bottle of wine for $ 22, I really liked everything.
The lobby bar prepares cocktails and all drinks well.
There is a paid coffee bar where excellent coffee, latte, espresso, cappuccino, etc. are brewed.
Fresh for a fee of $ 2.
TERRITORY. Large, all built up with housing. It seems that the hotel is aimed only at sleeping and eating and that's it. There is nowhere to walk, nothing remarkable outside the territory. The territory of the hotel itself is green, in flowers and plants, but not well-groomed. We saw much more well-groomed areas.
ANIMATION. The animation is average, but the guys are trying very hard. There are daytime activities and if someone wants to participate in something, they will not be bored (gun shooting, water polo, aqua aerobics, bocha, darts, step aerobics, table tennis, etc. ). A separate big respect to Vika, who spent us darts. The main animator is somehow not very organized, as a leader not very much.
Healthy evening shows, with the involvement of professional artists. Very nice and interesting performances. The guys sang great (apparently studying opera singing). They sang modern songs in English, Spanish, Italian, French, Turkish and Russian. Super smarties. When they sang in Russian, our cattle climbed onto the stage with money to order a song, well, just idiots, is it really not clear that people have a specific repertoire. It was so sad to watch when the guys sang divinely, while our brother was sitting drunk to the state of a pig, that then they simply could not get up from the tables or held on to the bar counters so as not to fall.
SPA. I don't know about rates. I visited the sauna and hammam for free and did peeling on my own. There is a Thai massage and a full range of standard paid services.

I hope my review was as objective as possible, and will help both the hotel administration and tourists who are going to visit this hotel.
