There were three of us - me, my sister and a 4 year old. We read in the reviews that the hotel is for Russian tourists. But for some reason it didn't bother us. But in vain..... I will try to describe everything objectively and without unnecessary emotions.
Flight there. When booking a ticket, the agency asked about the time of departure there and back. We were given a convenient time. Tyumen-Antalya - 09/01/2011 at 04.00 am, back Antalya-Tyumen 09/12/2011 at 17.30. As a result, we received - There on 09/01/2011 at 14.00, back on 09/13/2011 at 01.30. Apparently for Pegasus, transferring flights is a common thing. Before that, I read reviews about Pegasus and about their constant flight transfers, but I hoped that we would be lucky. (before that, they always flew with the Tez tour). Arrived in Antalya at 17.30 (local time difference -3 hours) The flight, for some reason, took 5 hours 30 minutes instead of the usual 4 hours 30 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm. As a result, the paid day is lost. (why will become clear later)
Hotel accommodation. In the beginning, everything was as usual: filling out a questionnaire. We approach the counter for the keys. We are told: “Here you are, a large room, quiet, in a bungalow, as you requested. ” We scattered in gratitude. They took the key and followed the porter to the room. We come to the room and see a standard room with one double bed. The space from the wall to the bed is no more than 1 m on both sides. The first question is “Where will the child sleep? ” Tipped the porter. And $ 1 did not suit him. Says $5 is enough. There was no small money, I took rubles. : )) My sister went back to the reception. The time is 9 pm. She came up and said that we were not satisfied with the room offered to us. The administrator began to get nervous about showing some letters, but he could not show her letter. (We wrote a letter to the hotel asking for a quiet and comfortable room) As a result, my sister had to reassure the administrator by saying that there were no complaints and it was not necessary get nervous. You just give us a room so that there is a bed for the child. As a result, we were given a room in the main building on the 6th floor. (two beds + sofa). The porter moved our things to this room, and again a tip. $ no, accepted rubles. Time-21.30. We left our things, hastily changed and went to dinner. Then we walked around the territory and went to bed.

Number. I can say it was a disappointment. Nothing out of the ordinary for a 5* hotel. The furniture was painted more than once, with some kind of paint of an incomprehensible color. It's all so miserable. The bottom of my bed was broken. Laminate on the floor. The bathroom has tiles from our Soviet times. The seat on the toilet is not sealed after disinfection. And worst of all, black mold! I didn’t want to photograph it all and generally dwell on the negative, but this is a fact. The balcony is very narrow. There stand along 2 plastic chairs and a table. This is the entire width of the balcony. Don't walk between the chairs and the wall! We had a view of the mountains and the street. If you look down through the bars, into the trash. : )))) (backyard of the hotel) I looked out once, I didn’t want to anymore. We also laughed about this topic )) Everything would be fine...., but in the evenings, from 11 o'clock, such a stench began that it was unbearable to sit on the balcony. It started to get nauseous. The air conditioner worked fine. In the mornings, the bathroom stank of something else from the ventilation. Not very nice. Our number is 2627.
Cleaning. Cleaned up every day. Superficial, i. e. rubbish from the floor with a towel will be swept into the corridor. Towels were changed every day. The mini bar was replenished. The bed was made. Changed the bed linen 1 time in 10 days. (no complaints about this) Once decorated with flowers. There was no cleaning on the balcony. The floor there was very dirty in 10 days. To be honest, I wanted to wear slippers in the room. At least go through the vacuum cleaner. This is the cleaning. And they left tips every day.
Nutrition. Liked. Chefs are great! It seems to me that only the lazy will not find food to their liking. Well, it is clear that this is typical food for Turkish hotels. Of course, surprised the appetite of vacationers. I thought that the days when they carry mountains of food to their table are over..... I was wrong. I was constantly tormented by the question there: “Do they also have dinner at home? ”  )) You can always eat, in addition to the main restaurant. I liked the baked potatoes they make at the beach bar. Waiters in the main restaurant is clearly not enough. Those who work are constantly running from table to table, but they only have time to change the tablecloths. Never asked what their drinks to bring us. If you ask, they will bring, of course.
Territory. Can't say it's big. Most of the bungalows are occupied. You definitely can't walk there. Not very well-groomed. There are few flowers. On the paths of the main pool, there are constantly needles from cedars and foliage from trees. We saw only one team of gardeners for the entire hotel. Of course, they constantly worked, but apparently their daily efforts were not enough for the entire territory. I constantly saw how barefoot came out of the toilets during the day !!! ! people and dived into the pool. The toilets on site were very dirty…VERY!! ! Not usual for 5 * : )))) In the evenings, the hotel area is dimly lit. We saw only one illuminated palm tree. Very dark!!! ! On the beach, the staff apparently also did not have time to get out. Cleaning took place mainly in the evenings. And in the afternoon....some vacationers were too lazy to remove the plate behind them on the beach. They throw dishes around their sunbed and move to another. Well, yes, it's disgusting for us to lie in the mud. : )) Although is it really difficult to carry a plate? Special carts for dishes and glasses stood by the paths. Not to mention the bones from fruits and lemons. Well, if people are assholes, then no hotel staff can handle it.

Animation. I won't say anything. Did not notice. But she was!! ! Children's show in the evenings the child watched with pleasure. He did not take part in other children's entertainments.
Staff. Not friendly. Maybe everyone is tired?
Rest. I can't say enough about the beach. Visual observations, that the sunbeds are very close to each other. We were all 10 days in the gazebo "Gazebo". First reserved for 5 days, then extended. We really liked it there. At the end of the vacation, even the child was put to sleep there during the day. There is a mini bar, kettle, tea, coffee. And what was most pleasant for me was the fan. That is complete comfort. For two adults and a child $40 per day. It is clear that you should not skimp on a tip to the waiter who serves you there. He does everything to make you have a good rest there. When we rested, there was a waiter Ramadan. Many thanks to him for his attentive service! Brings drinks, ice cream, fruits, sweets. We, on our own initiative, stood for ice cream 2 times - the queue was no more than 5 minutes. It was a shame to hear how vacationers who rented a gazebo for 1 day sometimes talked to him. So they behaved as if he had to stand at their tent all day. Well, it's a matter of education. The sea is clean. Pebble beach. We swam only in the sea.... (guess why?  ) I can’t say anything about the disco. Been there twice, not long. The line to the bar is huge. You should probably stand for 10 minutes. Probably a big plus that it is located near the beach. Perhaps the wind blows, but I did not notice. We walked around the town of Kirish, prices of course... bite. And there are very few quality goods. If 5 years ago it was still possible to buy something in Turkey, now it is better to refrain. The same Turkish things are in abundance in our stores, at lower prices.
Departure. As it was written above, the flight was postponed to 09/12/2011, we had to leave the room on 09/11/2011 at 12.00 noon. We left. We spent this day in the gazebo "Gazebo". Washed in a public shower. We were picked up from the hotel at 21.30. We were worried that the flight would be rescheduled. We wanted to extend the number of hours until 7 pm, but at the reception they told us that 1 hour after 12.00 costs $ 15, I found out in the morning, i. e. until 18.00 pm I was told $100. We asked other vacationers, they were told that $10 an hour. In general, check-out by European standards at 12.00, and renting a room like in an eatery is an hourly payment, at a cost, as the administrator decides. Moreover, the cost of a room per day was nowhere to be seen at the reception. Rixos, Xanady, etc. hotels, there is always information about the cost of a room per night!!! ! It was clear that this was just a scam, so we decided not to bother with the number.

Outcome. We rested well. They did not spoil their holiday with the above disadvantages. The sea, the beach and the sun are not able to spoil these little things. Of course, it’s a pity for the money spent, I felt like I was in the Krasnodar Territory. By the way, there is no information anywhere about the “star” of the hotel. Even on the sign! It was presented to us as 5 *. We just made the wrong choice of hotel. Bought a lot of positive reviews. A couple of times we had fun at the sight of drunken tourists (but only a couple of times!!! ). Not a foot in this hotel again. And I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You don't want to see a Turkey like this anymore. We will not contact Pegasus when flying to Turkey either. It's a pity that we made such a mistake when reading positive reviews. We paid 108.000 rubles for the rest.
