I have been vacationing in Turkey for a long time and often! I work in a travel agency myself, but I have never seen anything like this!! ! The hotel is declared as 5 *, but a modest 4 and then only for the beach !!!
1. Settlement - impudently demand money! The truth is not direct, but forced! Our room was good, but with a view of the road and no balcony.
2. The hotel itself is a labyrinth in which it is not immediately clear what is where!
3. The hotel staff is helpful, they clean well, and everything is clean. There are no complaints about this.
4. Animation - SHIT!!! ! Basically, entertain yourself! It was painful to watch the mini disco!!!
5. Food - a lot, but for the first time I met with the fact that there is nothing to eat !! ! For kebabs there is a line through the whole restaurant all the time!! ! The meat cuts in no time! But all types of pasta are presented: spaghetti, tubes, shells... Love pasta - you are here!

6. Beach - the beach itself is good, the sea is super, there is a pier, there are enough sunbeds. But: the scourge of battle is not visible, you will have to carry the sunbeds yourself, all the garbage is removed on the beach except for cigarette butts, that is, under your feet there is a pebbly cigarette substance!
7. People - 99% Russian! That says it all! Comrades, shame on the nation! I saw everything on the beach - from doing a pedicure to swimming in shower caps. I am silent about the queues in the best USSR traditions!
8. OPERATOR PEGASUS! I will say a separate word about the host! Hotel guides are rude!! ! Especially someone MARAT! They dragged us to an information meeting in the ice hall and began to broadcast frank nonsense about how goats everyone around... 50 minutes is a long time! To a polite request to answer a question of interest and pick up my voucher, I was asked to keep quiet! And they clearly said - they are not obliged to answer questions, I will not take a voucher !! ! Essno had to be indignant! For which, in front of a full hall, they insulted me !! ! And I wanted to ask about the work of WIFI. By the way, he doesn't work there.
