We are currently resting in this hotel together with a child of 8 years old, from August 02.2021. The hotel is quite good, budget 5 with a stretch. Meals are normal, a standard set of Turkish dishes.
The main question regarding the attitude of the staff to the guests, it is frankly not very... There is no sincerity, everything with a forced smile, it is almost impossible to solve any issue. First they give the worst number, when you start to resent, they give a similar one and so on 3 times!! ! Before a direct take or offer of money (I think it would be much more correct to do all this NOT by extortion, but by the possibility of an offer).
Specifically, our situation - they gave room No. 1112, the view of the room is frankly upsetting, the windows overlook the "alley" with air conditioners and turbines, the noise that they make around the clock is impossible to put into words. With repeated requests to the reception for two days with a request to change something, they were fed with promises that they would change, in the end they said that there were no other rooms. Despite the fact that there was an argument - a vacation with a child and a birthday that falls during the stay at the hotel, the reception did not react to this in any way. At the request to speak with someone from the administration, an open conflict began.

If you are just going to swim in the sea, then yes, you can go. The sea is excellent, even on the beach it catches good internet via Wi-Fi. If you are expecting some kind of super vacation, then you definitely shouldn’t go here, because bars, restaurants are quite primitive, there is no restaurant with a delicious snack in the middle of the day.
