After sitting in the lobby for four hours, they approached us and invited us to the rooms. But we were very disappointed with what we saw, others asked, to which we were told that there were no vacant rooms, we had to pay and they took us to show us the allegedly vacant rooms, in which it smelled of sewerage, then with dampness, plus old furniture. With grief they chose the floors... But, our room did not close, from the side of the balcony, they rented a safe. This ruined my whole mood. They called a person, showed a broken (opened) lock of the balcony door ), to which the hotel employee: yes, yes, we’ll sort it out after 5 minutes, left and, accordingly, didn’t come anymore. I didn’t see normal rooms.
