The hotel was advised as an alternative to Sri Lanka - for the same money but ultra-all.
We go on vacation with my husband always in November-October and in March-April. Plus in the winter for skiing (Slovakia and Austria).

The hotel is large, but in reality it is on the second line - Phaselis Club is closer to the sea - solid bungalows. For economical people, I advise it just once - the prices are lower, the rooms are simple, but the entire infrastructure is at your service.
On the territory there are tennis courts (pay only a deposit for rackets), darts, archery. There is a kids club, there is also a water park (three hills))).
Bowling (two lanes) is also available, but for 10$ from each player))
I almost forgot: Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere (including in the rooms of the new building).
The sea is wonderful, clean, there are fish)))
FURTHER I ask you not to read to those who are not particularly demanding, if something goes wrong - I warned and all the comments go to the garden.
NEGATIVE:
1. When settling, they deliberately take time to get baksheesh. This is a problem for all hotel staff.
!!! At the beginning of my message, I wrote that I go to good hotels, where staff remuneration is not necessary, and sometimes tips are completely prohibited (for those who don’t know, there are such hotels even in Egypt).
2. The rooms are cleaned extremely poorly: regardless of the bills you leave, they only take out the trash and change the towels.
3. Minibar is updated only for baksheesh (ultra-all must be updated daily).
4. The restaurants are not neat, the food is poorly prepared, there are practically no fish and fruits. A seat at a table is to be expected.
5. The main contingent of the hotel is citizens of Turkey and TAGIIL))
6. The hotel staff openly steals (they found a bartender in their room using my husband's perfume, and a neighbor from the 6th floor lost money from the safe).
7. The hotel administration is on the side of its staff (if a conflict arises, call the local gendarmerie 112, just let a couple of tourist witnesses be with you - the staff will ALWAYS testify AGAINST YOU).
8. The hotel was built extremely poorly: the slightest rain and rivers of mud flow. Our room was 5506, overpaid for a good view of the sea and for a terrace (grass, flowers, etc. ) about 100 euros. As a result, so that the room would not be flooded, the husband had to clean the gutters himself.
9. Our air conditioners and those of our neighbors smelled like ammonia when turned on - this is a sign of a cheap refrigerant. The technician we called said that this is normal, they say everything is new and could not break)))
10. The pools are constantly littered, there is silt at the bottom. Near the one that was heated, the fence broke through and it was completely flooded with mud, now you can take therapeutic baths there)))
If you still have a desire to come to Turkey - choose another hotel.
If you still have the courage to come to Phaselis, here are a couple of tips:
1. To the right of the water park there is a passage to a wild beach, it is not crowded, there is a beautiful view and the sea is always calm.
2. It is better to buy presents in Guilyuk or something like them. It is not worth going to Kemer for this. Somewhere 500m along a winding road (which you will be brought to the hotel) and you are at the stop of local minibuses. They go every 10-15 minutes. Travel to the center of this Gavnyuk))) costs no more than 1 dollar per person. You need to get to the turn (about 90 degrees to the left) and you will see everything there.
