Hey! My name is Natalya. I would like to tell you about the Pine House Hotel where I stayed from June 4 to 14.2005. I went on vacation with my sister and five-year-old daughter.

We were going for a week, so we didn’t have much choice in hotels. There were offers either very expensive, or this is where we stopped. When I read the reviews, I thought that everything would be fine and our vacation would be comfortable. Apparently these reviews were written by people who had nothing to compare with.

Firstly, the catalogs do not say anything about the fact that the sea is 200 meters across the road. When you come to the beach in the morning, drag the mattresses on the sunbeds yourself where you need, I'm not talking about the fact that the beach looks like a public one (like in Sochi), you can see bathing Turks and their dogs in it, by the way, the sea is clean only from morning to evening in it and cigarette butts and all sorts of rubbish floating around.

As for the territory of the hotel, it is very small, there is almost no greenery.
Two swimming pools, one for children is very dirty (they even swam in it.... )

As for the food, when I read the reviews about the hotel, I thought, thank God, that at least the food is all right, because in the reviews I read that the food is just super, at 5. Well, again, everything is known in comparison, if compared with a Russian resort, then it probably can be, but compared with other hotels, this is 3.

There was nothing to eat at all for breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages (and not always), carrots, cereals with milk, by the way, were never enough, some vegetables, stale rolls. For lunch there is no meat at all for 10 days 2 times. It was more or less normal to have dinner, but from meat only chicken, liver, and an incomprehensible small fish, and there were 2-3 types of salads from yesterday’s uneaten products. From the water, the juices of the species are jupi. , the water is not bottled.

Now, as for the animation - it is none, this is the only thing with which I can agree with the previous reviews.
There is no club dance, no aerobics, you can not hear the music by the pool just like a dead kingdom. Animators are not seen or heard, they wake up only in the evening, but sluggishly. You won’t hear hello from them, you won’t see smiles, very strained faces, but when they are taken to a disco in Kemer, then yes, they start to wake up and be more friendly, while everyone pulls the blanket over themselves, and as for children’s animation, children are provided there only to their parents.

We somehow went into a mini club, and there the animator Tanya was sitting with a stone expression on her face, and the children were on their own, after that we called her the Snow Queen. The only thing to which there are no complaints is that the hotel is new and the rooms are clean and tidy.

By the way, almost all the staff at the hotel speaks Russian, since only Russians rest in it.

In general, my impressions of the hotel leave much to be desired. It's not a 4*, but it's fair to give it a 3*.
My wishes if you want to have a good rest, try to spend more time looking for a tour, but then nothing will upset you.
