My husband and I went to Turkey for the first time through TURTESS. After reading the reviews I was very worried but decided to check it out for myself. I'll start, like everyone else, with the settlement.
At the airport, we were met by representatives of the company, put into minibuses, where 4 couples were sitting, including us. Everyone was taken to different hotels, we arrived alone in Giustiniano. We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 pm. A friendly Turk took us to a bungalow (we took it initially), but we did not like the remoteness from the main building, gloom and silence, in the end we did not come here to sleep. Yes, not cleaned, not comfortable, but not deadly. We moved to the main building (without swearing, scandals and delays) with an additional payment of $ 175, i. e. $ 25 per day, the same money as the tour operator. Great clean room, where everything worked, overlooking the pool.
We didn't pay for cleaning, but they cleaned. Bedding changed every other day, towels every day.
In the evening we went to dinner half an hour later, as the curator told us, so that the hungry crowd would eat. Food is plentiful and varied, for every taste: grilled chicken, meat like shawarma . . , different salads, mix as you like, season them with whatever you want (olive oil, sour cream... ). I'm not talking about desserts - the choice is huge, about 15 cakes and cakes. In short, during the day they are fed: breakfast, late breakfast, French fries and hamburgers on the beach, lunch, pancakes are fried from 12 to 16, then they give delicious local cookies, dinner, late dinner, which ends at 00.30. Is that not enough? ! Or do you eat more and more often at home? Do not believe the photo with empty basins! If it is emptied by the first "starving", they bring the same and hot. So that there is enough food for everyone and latecomers too. The most interesting thing is that they do not leave all the remaining food the next day, but throw it in the trash, I saw it myself. I am not describing all this for those who eat black caviar every day at home, snacking on marzipans, and washing it all down with champagne. They rest at other resorts, and for those who want to take a break from everyday life, their head never hurts, and this is the most important thing on vacation.
Next animation. The guys are just great, thank you so much for the good mood. All day long they walk along the beach and invite them to various activities around the hotel: morning exercises, then aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball, etc. you can’t list everything. The kids have a very busy schedule. In the evening, too, do not let you get bored.
Tours. Indeed, the hotel is twice as expensive as outside. You should not be afraid, you yourself went like that. Nobody cheated and they even delivered it back on time. We went to Kekova and were satisfied.
Now the content. 5% Russians, 5% Ukrainians (including us) and 5% Turks. The rest is not clear from where, it's just a nightmare! From morning to evening they go stoned with a place of vodka, which is not only impossible to smell. But for nothing, it's "all inclusive"!! ! They are the ones who put things in order. Empty glasses are thrown into the pool, cigarette butts are past the ashtrays, dirty dishes are left on the grass... It just makes me sick to read the reviews of some people from the outback who yesterday milked cows, slept in the hayloft, ate cabbage soup from their own garden, and today some wonderful how to get to the resort! $ 100 stuck to one place and let's bend our fingers in front of the Turks: change their bed every day, do wet cleaning, take out the dishes - DO NOT SHIT ANYWHERE !! ! and then it will be clean, and the attitude of the Turks to the Russians will be different!! !
