Отель очень переполнен! The hotel is very crowded!

For the first time we rested in this hotel with my husband in June 2016 and were very pleased with the rest, from check-in, food, beach, etc. But in 2016 there were no RUSSIANS at all! In 2017, when choosing a hotel, we decided to stay again at Queen's Park Goynuk 5 *, as we were already traveling with a 3-year-old child and stopped at a proven hotel.
This year I didn’t like the rest at all, and mainly due to the fact that the hotel was 200% full!
The check-in was sooo long, despite the fact that they gave money to get into the room faster. Came to wait about 4 hours to be cleaned and gave us a room. Reception workers just do not care about tourists.

The food has become worse than last year and very large permanent queues in the restaurant (10 people stand in line for a dish) I have never seen anything like this!! ! There were fruits, but in a very small amount they were not enough for everyone. The beach is a very sad story... the beach is already so small, but when on the 3rd day of rest they added more rows with sunbeds, everyone was lying on their heads!
