I rested with my husband from May 8 to May 15.2010. We went from the Turtesse company. Having read the reviews here and on other sites, I was already completely upset that I bought a ticket in haste with a room in a bungalow, but having plunged into the atmosphere of the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I do not understand those people who write bad reviews about the hotel.... Whether they have very large requests, or they do not know how to communicate with staff and solve problems that arise, this is a mystery to me. We were settled not in a bungalow, but in a hotel, as the bungalows were still being renovated. Please note that it is better to live in a hotel after all (closer to the main restaurant, beach, pool, bars, etc. ) We just arrived 3 days after the opening of the hotel, so the staff was very friendly and polite to us, we were given maximum attention, all urgent issues were resolved within 15-20 minutes, all our requests were satisfied. I can say one thing that the main advantages of this hotel are a good well-coordinated team, excellent food (a chic selection of dishes and snacks, as well as sweets, fruits and vegetables), beautiful territory, cleanliness in the rooms (cleaning was done every day, towels were changed according to our needs, when we left them in the right place for replacement), well, everything, as they say on the ball))) Eat and drink as much as you like and what you like. True, you can’t take anything into the hotel rooms, they look after it, but this is right, because this is a pledge of cleanliness. net. The animation group consisted of Russian-speaking and Turkish-speaking guys. There were shows every night. Best of all, the guys managed to amuse the audience when tourists from Russia appeared on the stage. By the way, visitors at this time of the year were 60% Russians, 30% Ukrainians, 8% Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan (I did not make out), 2% Germans. My husband and I were satisfied with the rest, now upon arrival in Ukraine, we miss the goodies and the sea.....As a sign of the desire to return to this hotel again, they threw coins into the sea)))), and suddenly you're lucky))). . . I wish everyone who chooses this hotel a pleasant and unforgettable stay!!! !
