Good afternoon everyone!
I want to write a detailed review, maybe someone will help to make a choice. Before the trip, I looked for information about hotels. The priority was a well-groomed territory, a disco in the hotel (because my daughter is already an adult and wanted entertainment), normal food and animation. By screening hotels, as we read the reviews, 3 hotels PGS Hotels Kiris Resort 5 *, Green Max 5 * and Queen's Park Goynuk 5 * were eventually chosen. In PGS Hotels Kiris Resort 5 * there were Green Max 5 * in Belek, and there the nature is already not the same as Kirishe and Goynuk, so I decided to stay at Queen's Park Goynuk 5 *. It was not possible to see all the animators together at all, in previous hotels in the morning they usually walked around the hotel together and greeted each other, there was nothing like that at all, as there was no special invitation to participate in the games ... And the information about the evening show at the stand is in general, a quest, guess what time and what awaits you, since the information was completely untrue. For example, the time was written 21.
45, and when we arrived at the indicated time, the show was almost over. The next day, going up to the stand, we asked the animator (fortunately she was next to us) how we can find out the correct information, she replied that we should ask them. This is very strange for me, i. e. I must definitely find one of them and find out what will happen today ... Very small beach, a lot of people with small children and those who cannot swim, so it was difficult. At first it was necessary to literally overcome this chain in order to swim normally, although there were enough sun loungers in principle. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor, the room is small, it is almost impossible to move around normally. The lighting was also surprising, it is practically absent in the room, it is very dark, yes there is a window, but what is the use of it in the evening. The glass door to the shower and toilet did not close, i. e. there is no lock at all.

And the hinges on which this door rests turned out to be so creaky that we simply did not close it at night, otherwise the whole family would wake up. Unpleasantly surprised by the excellent acoustics in the room, you can hear absolutely everything that the neighbors are talking about. Cleaning was done daily, it would be better, but we were also glad that the garbage was taken out, the foot towel on the floor was changed every day (because the shower cabin was leaking all the time and the towel became wet). The bar was also replenished, the same was encountered for the first time, these were not bottles as usual, but 200 ml plastic cups, and the cups were so flimsy that it was not very convenient to even drink from them. The bar was filled with water and some kind of bright chemical liquid like UPI. With food, the same was not very good, I don’t know about other guests, this is my personal opinion, but it cannot be compared with other hotels in which we have been before.
If I could still find something for myself, then it was difficult for my daughter to do it. Very monotonous: rice, spaghetti, french fries, soups are not tasty. I had a chance to eat mushroom soup and lentil soup once. We also just finished the queue at the main restaurant for food and the queues are very decent. One coffee and tea machine for the entire main restaurant. In the mornings, we first went to the lobby, took ourselves an espresso from the machine without a queue, and only then went to breakfast. It's good that we lived in a bungalow, and there is a bar next to the pool. Basically, we dined there, even there from 15.00 they gave crumb potatoes, which we all really liked and there was no queue like in the main restaurant. I can’t say anything special about baby food, but I saw that there were always fruit purees and milk in the refrigerator, there was a microwave nearby, which I myself periodically used (because by the time you find food for yourself, it has already become cold).
Now about the pros: the air conditioner, which did not depend on the card, that is, we ourselves could regulate the temperature regime and turn it off. TV with USB. Wi-Fi on our second floor in the room itself caught quite decently, the only thing you need to be careful when connecting, when you go in for the first time, pay attention to which Internet you connect to paid or free, automatically if you don’t check it connects to a paid one, enter the room number and date of your birth. The cost of paid Internet is $ 3 per day. Nice patisserie where you could get ice cream and delicious freshly baked Viennese waffles. Of the fruits were peaches, watermelons, melons, plums, oranges, grapes, apples, figs (not always). I couldn’t compare in fours and threes, but compared to the previous fives, this is definitely not 5 *.
