We arrived at 5 am, filled out the documents at the reception and went to the sofas to wait for the check-in. They promised to check in after 14:00, but at 7:00 we were picked up and taken to the room.
We lived in a bungalow. We booked the second floor through the tour operator, as there is a lot of mold on the first floor and it stinks of dampness.
This is the second line across the bridge from the main hotel.
When we got to the room, we looked around. The houses are not new, the hotel was built in 1994. Room renovation was carried out in 2012 (as indicated in the information) BUT by appearance it can be assumed that there has not been any renovation there since that distant 1994 ...

The balcony is small, there is a dryer on the balcony, two plastic chairs and a plastic table (it feels like we were sitting somewhere in the Rogan pub drinking beer)

The phone in the room worked every other time, moved the wire - got through to the reception, did not move - the connection would be cut off at any moment.
Shower and toilet. There is some damp mold on the tiles in the shower, the mirror is hanging

There is a safe, TV, air conditioning - it all worked and there are no complaints.

ROOM CLEANING. she limps and is very strong. Cleaned every three days, and then if you hang a sign. Sometimes I had to go look for a cleaning lady and ask to come to the room for cleaning, to which we were often answered: “I have a lot of such rooms, we don’t have time, wait” Towels were changed (throw them on the floor and they will change them for you) sometimes it was like that they said Large towels are not enough, if you have enough you get it.
Well, it was generally very infuriating ...The toilet bowl was all in a yellow coating and was not washed throughout the rest. Sometimes they gave towels with huge holes, how is that possible? ! Minus for cleaning.

BEACH. Sooooo many people, as in the Crimea, a friend of a friend on their heads. You need to get up at 6:30 in the morning to take a seat, and then - whoever did not have time was late.
The sea is clean, the water is good, small pebbles, comfortable for the feet.


KITCHEN. very varied food, on Fridays they give crayfish, and that's where the battle begins, everyone rushes to the counter, shoves, the line is very long, everyone is picking up plates, as if they were eating for the last time.

Waiter service could be better. They move very sluggishly, do not want to work. If there are no utensils on the table, he will go and bring you from the next table, grabbing the utensils. Cleaning the tables is simple: with the palm of your hand you brushed the remnants of food onto the floor, consider removing it.

ANIMATION. seems to be good, we did not particularly participate in the events.
WI-FI is just terrible, the hotel cannot provide good internet, an elementary message in viber is sent long and tedious, what to say about photos, etc.

We left the hotel at 7:00 in the morning, we did not have time to have breakfast. No one provided dry rations, they say they provide it only for children, we were shocked, having paid such an amount for a ticket, this day is included in our price and we didn’t even get bread with sausage !! ! Is this a 5 star hotel? I don't understand why this hotel deserves 5 stars. And what can we talk about ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE?!!! ! Have you ever been in hotels with ultra all inclusive? HEAVEN AND EARTH.
