Hello. Rested 2 weeks, 5 people (2 adults, 3 children). We got to the hotel and back by private transfer ($30 there, $27 back). The road back from those who went by group transfer took +1 hour to travel to other hotels and +30 minutes to drink coffee (probably in Sorbet).
Accommodation in the main building on the 1st floor, "family room". The first impression of the room is old furniture with sharp corners (family room, yes), lampshades are held on with paper tape, ants are marching on the floor. We fought with them for a week - it turned out that something sweet had been poured into the bedside table with a refrigerator. They washed it, it became easier, but any grain of food on the floor is again an invasion.
Room cleaning - every 4 days: 10th, 14th and 18th. On the 19th, the day before departure, they timidly knocked on the door and offered cleaning, but we did not break the established schedule : ) Accordingly, the minibar was also replenished only on cleaning days. The concept of "cleaning" should be written in quotation marks, lightly vacuumed and wiped with a rag. The room is generally very dusty. Bed linen was not changed for 2 weeks even once - as the son crushed a mosquito on the first night, so he slept with him until departure. Towels, it seems, were changed once, but this is inaccurate.

The cleaners in the corridor have an unpleasant feature - it's worth hanging a "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, as if they deliberately start talking loudly through the entire corridor. Plus a unique audibility from slamming doors.
Food: generally tolerable, 2-3 types of chicken, almost no meat. On the grill put up a sign "beef entrecote" - in fact chicken. Very tasteless roast in large vats - it would seem, how can you make it tasteless, but they still managed. I love this dish very much, in other hotels I ate it every evening, in this one - exactly 2 times. Sweet tooth will like the menu, a large selection of dishes. Drinks from the machine are proudly called "juice", in fact it is a vigorous concentrate and you can not drink it. For $ 2 you can buy a glass of orange fresh juice, or you can bring a citrus juicer with you (or buy it in Migros for 12 lira) and, to the envy of others, make yourself juice for every meal. On the "fish day" they gave crayfish, enough for everyone. I would also note that the washed dishes were not of a very high quality, even the staff, before pouring tea, carefully peers into the cup : ) But at the same time, no problems with the gastrointestinal tract were noted.
Sea: necessarily rubber slippers. That bridge into the water, which is in the photo, disappeared on the night of the 18th due to large waves in an unknown direction, and before our departure it was not returned to its place. There is essentially no sandy beach, 5-7 meters from the water - solid stones of different sizes, the sand starts only from the sunbeds. Entering the water on such stones is difficult for adults, children do not experience discomfort. Because 95% of the vacationers are the Russian Federation and the former CIS countries - the beach is dirty, dear Russians do not hesitate to hide bulls in the sand, although there are plenty of urns around. Mentality-s. Yes, the beach itself is catastrophically small for the estimated number of 1100 people. Plus, in these 5 meters of the coastal zone, all the garbage that the vacationers kindly left accumulates. The feeling is so-so.
In general, there is a feeling of total economy of the hotel owner on everything. There is clearly not enough staff.

Animation and entertainment did not interest us at all, so I will refrain from rating.
Separate "phi" to our hotel guide from the company "Pegas Touristik". An hour and a half lecture upon arrival, from which useful information could be put into 10 minutes, the rest of the time is excursion options, why you can’t use the services of travel agencies across the road (hee hee). When I honestly said that we were not interested in excursions, the guide began to greet me every other time through pursed lips. Don't hide your money, in short.
As a result, I can say that the predictions of our travel agent came true - he offered fewer days of rest, but a better hotel. We insisted on 14 nights - and it turned out what happened. The main thing for me is that medical insurance was not useful, although we picked up something similar to SARS 4 days before departure - my throat hurts for two days, then snot starts, without fever.
