Ужасный отель! Terrible hotel!

We were a family in this hotel in July 2021. I'll start with settlement. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception, we had to wait a long time until we were settled, we had to come up several times and ask when the turn would come to us, since there were many waiting for the check-in. We lived in a room in the main building. The room is terrible. The sofa on which the child slept was simply broken, I will attach a photo. The bathroom hasn't been renovated in a long time. Water constantly flowed from under the bathroom when we washed, so we had to put a bunch of towels. There was nothing to change the room for, as there are a lot of vacationers and everything is busy.
We had to pay $105 extra for this room ($15 per day), because at first we were settled in a bungalow across the road, and the situation is even worse there. The photos on the site do not at all correspond to the real one, there is no repair, and the one that was, it was furniture and doors painted with cheap paint. The safe did not work, they told about it at the reception, they asked me to come in the evening and they will fix everything, but on this day I discovered the loss of money (5 euros and 10 dollars), probably the maid took small ones, thinking that we would not notice the shortage. No one responds to all complaints.
The hotel restaurant does not meet the stated 5. For the first time I saw in a restaurant completely plastic furniture, and at the same time dirty. There are few attendants, they don’t have time to clean, the tables are constantly dirty, more than once they had to wipe themselves with napkins in order to sit down to eat. The cutlery was also not well washed. It was very unpleasant to watch how they put food on your plate just with your hands (it’s good that at least with gloves). Of the advantages of this hotel, only a beautiful green area, a good beach and animation can be noted.

To be honest, I could not even think that a vacation in Turkey in a 5-star hotel could be so terrible.
