Hello everyone! We suffered in this hotel for 10 days. We want to warn everyone who is going there. Let's start with the main thing: 1) The rooms are just a NIGHTMARE AND HORROR!! ! there was no repair! ), dust and sand were everywhere, and their girlfriend and faithful companion MOLD! 2) The bathroom is just in the room (you can even hear the neighbors) 3) The room was changed twice: in the first it’s just scary to be on the 1st floor - the stench is terrible, dirty bed JUST SO MUCH cesspool! On the 2nd floor it was not much better (photo report is attached).
RESTAURANT: you can eat - unless of course you like yesterday's food and rotten fish. From alcohol you can only drink gin and tonic, everything else sucks. Separately, let's say about the A la carte restaurant, if you can call it that, they simply have no idea what it is A la carte: they ordered 2 glasses of white wine, my husband was lucky, but I wasn’t very happy - at first they brought a glass of lipstick, asked to replace it, they brought it right there, but this time with garbage, I don’t even want to write about food !!!
STAFF: LADY LADY LADY ESPECIALLY AT THE RECEPTION!!!!!
The TURTESS company (our guide OLGA) is absolutely not a professional attitude to work.
1) We booked an Antalya Sightseeing tour - we sat for 2.5 hours in the hotel lobby, no one came for us! To our indignation, Olga did not come up and apologize, but instead sent an intern to us with a proposal to change the tour or take the money .
2) Excursion No. 2 (Demre-Mira-Kekova) began at 7 o'clock in the morning. The night before, Olga said that a restaurant would be opened for her clients at 6-45 and we could have breakfast. It turned out as always, the hotel staff was not aware of us (30 people) were simply kicked out of the restaurant while tearing the plates out of their hands.
