This is my first time writing a review about a holiday. Sorry it's long.
The check-in went well, they gave rooms without money in the main building overlooking the sea, the rooms are normal, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. On the very first day, the air conditioner broke down, they fixed it, but the temperature was no longer regulated - hot air blows in the morning, and very cold in the evening, which was a little inconvenient, because. in the evening it was already fresh on the street +21 after +35 in the afternoon. But these are all trifles.
The mini bar was filled 2 times in 11 days!! ! in our building, it is replenished from 14. -15.00, when many rest - which is very convenient for saving money. When we raised this issue, no one even lifted a finger, they said - we will replenish tomorrow and again came at 14.00 when we sleep.

The territory is small, for such a number of vacationers, but clean, well-groomed, but there are no special frills (landscape designs and unusual plants).
The beach - the entry into the sea is gorgeous, the sea is excellent, clean. Of course, there weren’t enough sunbeds for everyone, those who came after 10.00 had to run around - catch it locally when someone was already leaving at that time.
Children's club - one name, several tables and chairs on the street, though in the shade and a slide with two swings, although by the end of our holiday they were fenced with a colored fence, there is no separate building, I was very disappointed, because if I bring the child to the nursery club by 11.30 in the sun, then I would not want her to sit on the street, because animators do not follow the child to be in the shadows, they did not even notice who brings the child, when they take it away, if the child does not want to do what they have today according to the program, then no one does it and he is left to himself (an example was a day when they were forced to sit on the chairs and listen to each other's performances, if the child is not interested and he just wants to play on the playground - please, but no one is watching him anymore, all 3 girls entertain those who are sitting on the chairs... We rested last year at Club Salima in Kemer - there were 4 girls - children's animators, they watched every child, someone entertained the children in the building, someone walked with them on the playground and all the children had classes of interest, and not imposed. Mini disco - all 11 days 8 songs of the same ones, the last 2 are not childish at all and did not even change the order.
The food is excellent, BUT the attitude of the Turks towards us is sooo rude - for them the best tourists are the Turks, they creep in front of them, but the rest do not care - our case in the restaurant - my husband sat and waited while the child and I filled our plates, at that time I came a company of Turkish tourists and they didn’t have enough chairs, a superior among the caretakers in the dining room runs up and grabs our chair, his husband answered and said that he was busy (it’s dinner and it’s hard to find free chairs at 19.00), to which the Turk throws a chair and covers it over Turkish (we think obscenely), because gestures were not very. ((

It is forbidden to take fruits out of the restaurant, so if your child cannot eat fruits after dinner or lunch, he will not be able to eat them, if you want to take a couple of apricots or peaches, you must urgently hide them in your bag and you feel like a thief, although then the question is what they have the concept of Ultra all inclusive? In Salima there were disposable plates at the exit from the restaurant and people took fruits to the room with them - here they explained to us once in a not very polite form - you want fruit in the room - Room service is paid, we don’t care what the child will eat (when we explained that we were leaving at 3 am and wanted to take a couple of peaches on the road). In general, the attitude is boorish.
Ice cream is given out for one hour - a kilometer line, but I have never eaten such lousy ice cream - it stretches and you bite it like rubber.
In general, maybe we were so unlucky, but I have never seen worse service and attitude towards tourists in any hotel. I don't recommend him to anyone.
