I just flew from this hotel and decided to write a review right away : ) The review was written under the influence of memories : ))))) While still at the hotel, I firmly decided to write it. Simply because she herself re-read a lot until she chose a hotel. Everything written is from a pure soul, no "order" or "they write themselves. " One phrase does not convey the whole sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ positive impressions! Before the trip, I myself very carefully looked through the reviews and chose a hotel, so I hope my review will help you in choosing. There were three of us - me, my mother and my girlfriend. Let's start in order. We bought a ticket through Turtess (the one with the sun) - there are no complaints at all - everything is clearly organized, professionally. Among all operators - the best buses. In Pegasus, for example, many times I saw something like our sprint minibuses. In Turtesse - only comfortable buses of international class, with a minibar, air conditioning, a microphone for the guide. Upon arrival we were seated immediately. We had to wait at the reception for 15-20 minutes. We and our things were brought by electric car to our bungalow. We had a room in the club part - in a bungalow on the ground floor. I read reviews that it was damp and scary there, and I was afraid before the flight. It turned out - quite in vain. Comfortable room, newly renovated and very good location. But my view is better than in the main body. It is worth choosing the main building only if you definitely go there to light the disco lights. Active life is seething near the pool of the main competition, music is playing, animation is working - so you need to understand that this is a certain level of noise. It is quiet in the club area, it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk to the beach, or you can use the services of an electric car and get there in 2 minutes. A separate point I would like to highlight the incredible level of service. The maintenance staff is always doing something. Cleans, shines, cleans, straightens, waters, etc. They flew away very early. At four in the morning we were already at the reception - so even at four in the morning they washed the tiles with soap near the pool. The bartenders are friendly, the waiters are quick and polite. Some complained about the lack of tables, but I didn’t really feel it. . Even if you come at the peak, when everyone comes for lunch or dinner, after a couple of minutes you can find a free table. And if you come half an hour after the start of lunch or dinner, or vice versa ten minutes earlier, you can choose from a bunch of free tables. There is such a moment that the waiters did not always have time to change the tablecloths after previous visitors or there were not always cutlery on the tables, but this was not a big problem. At the first request, everything was removed and the instruments were brought. The staff is well trained, very attentive, friendly and unobtrusive. The food in the restaurant is varied. There are dishes that were consistently repeated every day, but there was always something new. Fed and meat and fish, and squid, and shrimps and shish kebabs. Regarding the a la carte restaurants - I did not experience much enthusiasm. We were in the fishery. Everything that was given in a la carte was given in the main restaurant. Well, perhaps with the exception of salmon - and so everything is the same - shrimp, squid, trout. Desserts were a bit disappointing. I really like sweets, but there was nothing special there. Of course, the choice is wide, but we have it all. Delicious, but nothing amazing. They cleaned the rooms, filled the minibar and changed the bed every day. Good animation team. If you want, you can always have fun. Almost always there are options for what to do - aqua aerobics, yoga, gymnastics, darts, oriental dances. Oriental dance animator Mila is a different story : )))))))))))))))) )))) Every evening - a performance in the amphitheater. I can’t say that this is something on the verge of fantasy, but it’s always fun, noisy, and we went there with pleasure. The sea deserves special mention. Incredibly clean, warm and beautiful. The beach is perfectly clean, a sufficient number of sun loungers, there is enough space in the sea for everyone. Cleaners constantly go to the beach and keep it in perfect condition. We got on the Turkish Victory Day on August 30th. In this connection, the hotel had a lot of interesting events, including fireworks. We, even in Kyiv, will probably be more modest on Independence Day. After the fireworks, there was a lot of pitard waste left on the beach, so the next morning the cleaners crawled on their knees - they collected everything with their hands. A bit of an unexpected nuance - it's biting fish : ) If you gape and stand with your feet on the bottom, you can get bitten : ) Of course, these are not piranhas, but at first we were scared. Then we just got used to the fact that you need to either sail a little further from the coast or move your legs : )))))) Excellent well-groomed territory - a lot of perfectly trimmed lawns, flowers, palm trees. The territory is not super huge, but there is definitely a place to walk and obviously it will not be boring. The hotel is really healthy. Rest at 100% - for a week we did not think about anything : ))) Oh! I also want to tell you about Hamam. We went there on the second day. The whole process is pleasant. Went for a stone massage. Warm stone massage. Very nice, but in general, the procedures are not cheap. On average, each massage session is about 60-70 dollars. There are some for $120. Turtesse offers a lot of different excursions, but to be honest - we didn't go anywhere. Firstly, I did not want to leave the hotel anywhere. Secondly, again, the excursions are not stupid - from $ 70 per person. In general, I was very pleased with the rest. For a very reasonable price, you get an incredibly high-quality service and a pleasant stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! Have a nice holiday!!!! !
